Study On Application Of Warm Mix Asphalt Technology In Asphalt Pavement Construction

With the rapid development of technology and economy,the world is concerned about two hot spots: environmental pollution and energy depletion.The protection of our living environment is a matter that everyone should pay attention to.Warm Mix Asphalt(WMA)shows many advantages in the use of asphalt pavement works,the biggest advantage of which is that it greatly reduces the energy consumption in the production process and at the same time reduces the dust emission As well as the emissions of petroleum products,warm asphalt technology as a new material technology,road engineering in our country there will be great useless.In this paper,warm mix asphalt technology,energy saving and emission reduction materials technology in asphalt pavement construction of the main line.Firstly,the development background and research status of WMA technology at home and abroad are introduced,and the practicability and necessity of WMA technology development in our country are fully affirmed.Secondly,sorting out the basic theory and technical classification of warm-mix asphalt technology;researching the warm-mix flame retardant technology and water-blown technology.Thirdly,through the design of mix proportion of warm mix asphalt,each performance index conforms to the technical requirement of common hot mix asphalt mixture;This article focuses on the structure of the existing mixing equipment,researching the equipment needed when using the warm-mixing asphalt technology in ready-made mixing equipment,and obtaining credible equipment selection parameters by calculation;And transportation,paving and rolling related technologies.The practical application of the warm mix asphalt technology to the construction of high-grade highway asphalt concrete pavement in our country is verified.At the same time,it provides the basis for the asphalt pavement construction technology of the high-grade highway in our country.
