Design Of Concrete Exterior Wall Hanging Board Based On Construction Industrialization

Industrialization of architecture has been the main project that promoted by our country in recent year.The traditional architectural style has more rely on the site operation,which easy to produce large number of construction waste and noise.It is not only not environmental protection,but also generate negative effects on surrounding neighborhoods environment.With the development of urban buildings,the industrialization of architecture has gradually been the new trend,and using the prefab is an important method for realizing the architecture industrialization.Using large numbers of prefab to instead the traditional building products can effectively improve the worker productivity,reduce the working cycle and serious problem due to the wet method.In order to encourage and promote this new component style,it has been formulated serious policies for guidance in our country.Prefabricated exterior wall hanging plate as one of the prefab components has been the effective way for realizing the industrialization of architecture.Concrete has the advantages such as exterior,cost and durable compared to different material planks.The paper based on the status of promoting architecture industrialization to analysis the using status of prefabricated planks.It has been found that the design,construction design and installment of concrete exterior wall hanging board is lack of standardization.It will cause problems like production crack,complicated installment process,and other serious problems,which has negative effect on the development of industry or need high quality of installment workers.Most prefabricated concrete exterior wall hanging plates style is single in our country.Different shapes are needed to meet the needs when facing the variety of buildings.However,it takes more time,more labor and a large number of models when using different shapes,which will lead to the increase of production cost and the production cycle.In this paper,it has designed an integrated hanging plate “?”,which combine the decoration with keep warm.It has a variety of combination methods,which meets the needs of construction industrialization,and helps to make large quantities of prefabricated production and shorten the construction period.The connecting component uses the latch form,reducing the use of the keel and construction cost.Using the parallel method to screw the hanging plate,which more convenient and reducing the difficulty.Through the test and practical research of its surface treatment to make it more personalized and diversified in the expression of building appearance.
