The modern prefabricated building is a new type of building model,it is make full use of modern industrial technology,differentiation of traditional site cast in site construction mode,using the factory to carry out the modular production parts and less part cast in place,assembly and splicing.Modern assembly architecture has many advantages over the traditional construction mode,including the conservation of resources and energy,reduce pollution,improve labor productivity,promote information technology,the depth of the integration of industrialization,shorten the construction period,etc.Vigorously develop the prefabricated construction,is green,environmental protection and energy saving requirements,is a reform of the way of construction,is the construction industry to implement the CPC Central Committee and the State Council put forward to promote the supply side structural reform is an important measure.At present,the application of assembly technology in our country is still in the development stage and gained some experience,but on the whole,there are still some problems in design and construction,especially in the field of construction,the quality problems of assembled concrete external wall panels are still frequent.For example,PC corner plate easily damaged and other wall construction after the dislocation phenomenon,wall embedded electrical wiring error,resulting in pipeline to pass through the slot,the normal bending problems,poor precision and holes forgotten or need to open holes,slots,component surface roughness degree difference and separation is not reasonable the difficulty in the installation of large,precast or cast-in-place section conflict,and so on.Therefore,we need to constantly sum up experience,strengthen the training of industrial workers,strengthen the application of management technology,improve the level of on-site managem and to improve the level of industrialization and industrialization,improve the performance of materials,optimize the size of the structure,improve product quality.The application and development of BIM technology in the construction of the assembly,for the rectification of the construction industry has brought a qualitative change.Through the BIM simulation of the whole process of the construction program,can be found in the construction of the difficulties and key points,to facilitate the optimization of the construction program,reduce the difficulty of' construction,easy project management.At the same time,we can find the weak link of the quality control in advance,it is easy to intervene in advance,and reduce the quality risk through the technical training instruction or the optimization design and construction process.This paper takes Shenyang city public rental Wison assembly structure residence as the research background,the BIM modeling of prefabricated wall panels and related components by using Revit and Navisworks software.Research on the application of BIM technology to control the quality of external wall panels,reduce the quality problems in the design,prefabrication and construction of the external wall board,and provide some theoretical guidance for the application of BIM technology in the similar assembly structure.In this paper,through the establishment of prefabricated precast wall panels,inner and outer wallboards cast node,temporary support member,such as the template model,optimized segmentation scheme based on BIM model of wall panels,deepen the professional collaborative design,solve the precast concrete wall board construction quality problems by using BIM technology.Through the research,the construction quality problem of precast concrete wall panels are mostly due to many professional cooperative is poor,due to the collision,professional design and construction of the collision and construction control precision,BIM technology to design the collision check operation platform,3D visualization and visualization and convenient advantages of construction simulation,can solve the assembly type exterior wall construction quality problems fundamentally,to effectively control the construction quality of exterior wall board.
