Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has the characteristics of small volume,high operating efficiency and large power density,and its position sensor fault is considered to be one of the important factors affecting the reliability of the system.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,PMSM sensorless control method has important research significance.Aiming at the difficulty of starting under the control of the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)without position sensor,this paper introduces the control strategy based on I/F flow frequency ratio: including the rotor positioning of IPMSM,the acceleration of I/F open loop and the state switching process of rotational speed open loop and current closed-loop to double closed-loop operation.When the motor is running at medium and high speed,in order to realize the IPMSM sensorless control and in view of the problems caused by the traditional IPMSM sensorless control method,such as overshoot,weak anti-jamming ability,transition dependent motor parameter model,error accumulation based on traditional ADRC sensorless control strategy.In this paper,the Expansion State Observer is constructed by using the current as the main variable in the two-phase stationary coordinate system to build the current ADRC.A IPMSM sensorless vector control system based on a rotational speed ADRC and two current ADRC is constructed.In the current ADRC,the coupling items of rotational speed,flux and rotor position angle are observed and compensated as unknown disturbances,the rotational speed of rotor position angle is obtained directly by PLL,and the cumulative error caused by integral is reduced,and because the strategy only needs to be carried out under two-phase stationary coordinate system,the error transfer problem caused by coordinate transformation is avoided.The full speed sensorless control of IPMSM is realized by combining I/F flow-frequency ratio with ADRC control strategy.Finally,based on the project of electric vehicle air conditioning compressor,a IPMSM sensorless controller is designed,and the simulation model of IPMSM Sensorless control system is constructed by Matlab/simulink,and the feasibility of IPMSM sensorless control strategy proposed in this paper is verified.
