The development of automobile industry brings serious noise pollution to the environment.Automotive engine injectors are one of the sources of noise.Efficient detection of car engine injector noise helps to control noise pollution.At present,the domestic lack of a comprehensive and accurate detection system for car injector noise.Therefore,it is very important to research a comprehensive experimental platform specially designed for the environment of automobile injector noise test.According to the foreign car noise detection and domestic acoustic standardization Technical Committee GB_T 16538 and other regulations in the relevant requirements of indicators,I have designed and developed a set of automotive fuel injector noise measurement system designed specifically for the detection of automotive fuel injector noise.According to the standard requirements of the measurement environment,in order to safely,efficiently and accurately measure the injector noise,integrated with different types of fuel injector module can be integrated,can be easily and efficiently achieve rehydration;using bladder accumulator to achieve the gas can Separated control injection medium,to avoid the potential safety hazards caused by high voltage;select capacitive sensors and high-speed acquisition card to collect noise information,the system measurement results accurate,stable and reliable.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Design and development of a car injector noise measurement system,the components are: the design of the fuel supply module,the analysis of the injector drive circuit,the noise measurement module and the report output module;(2)Realize the design of different types of injector drive circuit,combined with the PLC implementation system of the system,analysis of the current feedback drive mode to build,and completed the injector fuel injection control system hardware design,design to heat exchange Method of temperature control,noise measurement module to complete the improvement of capacitive sensors and acquisition card connection,in addition to the completion of the noise acquisition and processing procedures,such as software interface software design;(3)Test the control ability of the test system.The test results show that the control range of the fuel supply system pressure of the injector can reach 400 ± 0.9Kpa,the temperature control range of the system can reach 21 ± 0.2 ? and the control speed can reach 0.17 ?/ min.The noise measurement system Meet the standard requirements of the technical indicators,based on the sound pressure method to measure the noise of the car injector and analysis,based on the results of the injector performance evaluation.
