Compared with the traditional construction method,the electro-osmosis has high performance in drain consolidation of soft clay.However,the electro-osmosis has not been applied widely,because it expends a lot of energy and the defective of uniform of soil after treatment.Previous research has indicated that,the treatment effect of the electro-osmosis is closely related to the properties of the soil.So in the way of inject chemical reagents to change the nature of the soil,improve the efficiency of electro-osmosis.At the same time,this paper also carried out the study of combined chemical grouting with electro-osmosis in soft clay.?1?Carry out the experiment of electro-osmosis with injecte CaCl2 into the soil,analyze the effect of concentration of CaCl2 solution on the effectiveness of ground improvement with electroosmotic.The test results show that increasing the injecte concentration of CaCl2 solution can improve the water drainage,accelerate the drainage rate,reduct the processing time.At the same time,the conductivity of soil is increased and the power consumption is reduced,but the corrosion of anode is serious.The level of the soil consolidated near the anode is improved as the increasing of the concentration of CaCl2 solution was injected.The strength of soil near the cathode was not obvious.The differential settlement of soil after treatment is obvious.?2?Carry out the experiment of electro-osmosis with injecte Na2SiO3 into the soil to analyze the effect of concentration of Na2Si O3 on the effectiveness in ground improvement with electroosmotic.Compared with the electro-osmosis test without chemical solution,the electro-osmosis test with inject of Na2SiO3 solution is effective of increasing the water drainage.Continue increasing the concentration of Na2SiO3solution,the drainage will be reduced.The conductivity is enhanced as the increasing of the concentration,but the soil permeability is receded and the corrosion of anode is serious.Continue increasing the concentration of Na2SiO3 solution injected to the disadvantage of improve the strength of soil.?3?Carry out the experiment of combined chemical grouting with electro-osmosis,analyze the mutual influence of chemical reaction and electro-osmosis effect.The soil sample was treated by electro-osmosis,at the same time,the chemical solution of CaCl2 and Na2SiO3 was injected in sequence.The range of chemical consolidation is enlarged on account of the effect of electroosmosis.The strength of soil near the cathode was raised and the uneven settlement was improved.The corrosion of anode was reduced because of the combined effects,The problem of energy consumption is still serious.
