With the growing awareness of car safety,people have more strictly requirements on automotive production management,technology and process.So,projects on technical transformation of automotive production lines should be done continuously.Automotive lamps,as the critical parts of cars,are used for lighting.Due to the limit of raw material and technology etc.Gaps,leaks and other air tightness problems may occur,which influences on the whole cars.So,we should solve air tightness problems by lamp air tightness transformation project.Since there are many potential risks in different aspects of project,building up a scientifically risks management is necessary.And this project risk management should be based on modern risk control systems because of many shortcomings in old ones.Project risk management includes risk identification,analysis,assessment,response and control.This paper aims at building up lamp air tightness technical transformation project of LANCE by transforming sealing process of lamps,air tightness test and production line and so on,risk factors in the project can be analyzed.And after assessing technology,cost,management,consumers and market risks in the production line transformation project,risks list can be created which is suitable for Lance.At the same time,by reducing,transferring risks and supplement measurements,risk response plan will be built according to the development of Lance.By strengthen supervision of the process risk and milestone node risk,the risks can be reduced in the project.As a result,the level of production technology will be improved and high-quality products will be produced.Most importantly,the company competitiveness will be improved truly.
