| In the face of the shortage of urban land resources,the uneven distribution of public service resources and the poor environment of human settlements,the situation is becoming increasingly severe,urban renewal must be one of the important ways to alleviate the dilemma of urban development.However,due to the large area,wide distribution range and chaotic spatial layout of the urban and rural transformation in Guangzhou,it’s the key project to take the first consideration in urban renewal.The implementation of the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City" has an important role in improving the efficiency of land use and optimizing the spatial layout of the city,therefore,the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City" is undoubtedly an important measure in the century.But the "Village in the City" transformation project is different from the general real estate development project,it contains many important questions,such as: villagers resisted demolition,verified the ownership of the house,compensation standard and so on,and it also covers a lot of uncertain risk factors,this means that the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City" must be successfully implemented on the basis of managing the risk factors,and benefited the people of Guangzhou.Firstly,this paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics and current situation of the risk management of the "Village in the City" in China,at the same time,it conducted field research and in-depth investigation on the self-transformation mode of the projects that have been completed in Guangzhou,and combined with the "difficult miscellaneous diseases" that may be encountered during the implementation of the project,meanwhile,a comprehensive and systematic analysis is made of the risk factors faced by the project under the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City" in Guangzhou,and the systematic analysis of the risk factors which may cause significant impact on the project;Secondly,this paper identifies the risk factors of the project by using the risk expert investigation method and questionnaire survey,and constructs the four kinds index system of the risk factors under the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City" in Guangzhou,moreover,the basic theory and the introduction of Entropy Method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,so as to establish an entropybased fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode;Finally,it’s applied to the risk management of R "Village in the city" project,the risk factors that may be involved in the implementation process are analyzed and evaluated.Therefore,it gets the risk factors under the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City" and the result of the risk grade of the whole implementation process,this paper puts forward scientific and effective measures accordingly.The main research method adopted in this paper is to maximize the use of all kinds of effective evaluation information.The process of calculation is simpler than other methods,and the evaluation results obtained are more intuitive and reliable.Entropy-based Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation mode is an effective means to optimize the risk management,it’s necessary to combine the quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the risk management under the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City".At the same time,it is more conducive to improve the management level of risk identification,evaluation and decisionmaking based on project,which will also play a guiding role in the successful implementation of the self-transformation mode of "Village in the City" project. |
