| Shield tunneling construction is the main method of subway construction.The equipment is shield machine.Shield construction process consists of excavation and segment assembly.Segment must be assembled after excavation.In erecting mode,thrust cylinders movement is determined according to the K position.K position of each ring,which also determines thequantity and movement sequence of thrust cylinders.is closely related to the shield machine attitude,segment type and assembly method.Therefore,these are the basic parameters of thethrust cylinders control algorithm.Stitch assembly of general segment is obtained in this article as an example.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the K position,two simple and effective control principles are proposed,and corresponding algorithm model is established for the calculation of the Kposition.According to the principle of segment assembly,the thrust cylinder controlalgorithm and logic are designed.The algorithm and logic have been validated in actual project.The detail contents and research work as follows:(1)Introduce the development status of shield machine at home and abroad and thepresent situation of thrust cylinder in erecting mode,lead to the origin and significance ofthe research.(2)Describe the parameters of segment selection and assembly principle.The influencing factors of the selection and assembling of the segment are obtained.(3)By the analysis of the relationship between the factors,K position selection algorithm model is established and the thrust cylinders control logic is designed.(4)Based on actual project,the hardware and software of the control system are described in detail.For hardware,a brief introduction about the controller,sub-station and remote control.For software,the control program software and control supervision configuration are introduced.The control logic and algorithm chart are listed.And supervision configuration design and operation process are also demonstrated. |
