With the fierce competition and various market demands of the real estate industry,the real estate enterprises are facing severe challenges.The primary task of the real estate business is the rapid completion of the project construction work to avoid risk.The Dalian YHT project of Kerry Group is not paid enough attention to the project schedule management.which bring so bad effect on the corporate reputation of Kerry Group.Adopting scientific project schedule management and control methods has become the primary task of Dalian YHT project.In order to solve the problem of schedule management of Dalian YHT project effectively,this research is based on the real estate development project,taking Dalian YHT project as an example,using the theory and method of project schedule management and control,efficient organization project schedule,the project quality is improved,project cost is saved.First of all,the definition and role of project schedule management,the project planning tools and methods and the project schedule control theory are described.Then,the project schedule management problems and the main factors affecting the progress are analyzed according to the present situation of Dalian YHT project schedule management.Finally,Dalian YHT project is broken down,and the Dalian YHT project WBS table is drawn by using the methods of project management.The responsibilities of all departments are clear in each work based on the tasks in the WBS table,and then all activities are optimized.The Gantt charts are drawn by analyzing the duration of each job.In the process of Dalian YHT project schedule control,the project organization structure and the process of drawing change are optimized.According to the actual situation of the project,technical measures,economic measures,contract measures and management measures and so on are adopt,using Gantt charts to track schedule and PDCA to adjust to schedule deviation make the project schedule report be provided and ensure the project be done smoothly.Project planning tools and method for project schedule management and control in the process of Dalian YHT project schedule management and control have reference to Kerry Group's other real estate development projects.
