| As the society pays more and more attention to the concept of "carbon neutralization",the gas industry is gradually recognized by people.As a clean energy,natural gas is more and more widely used in all walks of life.In order to ensure the rapid development of the gas industry,the construction of gas engineering projects is also gradually increasing.However,the gas engineering management mode of C company still remains the original experience and can not effectively control the construction progress of gas engineering projects.At the same time,it can not meet the requirements of social development and shareholders.Therefore,C company urgently needs to formulate a set of scientific and effective project schedule management system to help itself improve the management level of gas engineering project.This paper takes the specific case(T gate station reconstruction project)as the object to review and reflect on its whole life construction cycle.It adopts the work decomposition method of WBS to decompose the work of T project into 21 steps,including project initiation,preliminary design,bidding,equipment procurement,project construction,acceptance check,etc.At the same time,taking each sub project as a unit,a software Project is used to draw the Gantt chart of planned project progress and the actual progress.By comparing the planned progress of T project with the actual plan,this paper analyzes that the reasons affecting the implementation progress of T project mainly exist in five aspects,including overall organization,design,bidding,equipment procurement and construction.By investigating and reading the data of project implementation process and combining with expert interviews,Then through research and analysis,the corresponding countermeasures which can solve these problems are put forward from four aspects: project organization construction,project plan formulation,project process monitoring and project risk management.Finally,this paper formulates a more reasonable and improved project schedule by simulating the use of the new T project management method.Through this paper,more advanced project management theories and methods will be applied to the project management practice of C company.In this way,in the process of gas engineering project management in the future,more effective pre-control and process dynamic management of gas engineering project progress management can be realized,and the core competitiveness of the enterprise can be improved. |
