Research On The Noise Abatement Measures For Airports With Multi-runways

Aircraft noise is a major environmental impact of civil airports.In the past thirty years,the growth of passenger and cargo traffic of Chinese civil aviation has been increasing rapidly,With the construction of large airports and reconstruction of existing airports,The number of airports with multi-runways is increasing,the impact of its noise problem increasingly prominent.To properly solve the noise problem of civil airport with multi-runways is of great significance to the sustainable development of airport and the cooperation between airport and city.Firstly,the paper expounds the evaluation index of airport noise,establishes the noise model and algorithm of single aircraft,puts forward the method of noise evaluation based on routes selection.Secondly,according to system analysis and research of the design parameters of airport runway and domestic airports with multi-runways configuration,the typical runway configurations of "parallel runways" and "open V type" are summed up as the key research objects.Thirdly,comprehensively analyzes the noise influence characteristic of the airport with multi-runways,compares the difference of noise influence between the closely spaced parallel runways and the single runway,calculates the examples of noise influence of different spacing of parallel runways and the different number of flights under the condition of the instrume nt flight rules,analyzes the law of the noise influence.Finally,puts forward the systemic operation and design measures of noise abatement of the airport with multi-runways.Among them,the operation measures include the flight path distributed noise abatement and the flight path concentrated noise abatement based on the PBN program,the runway rotation used noise abatement and the departure flight path avoided noise abatement.The design measures include the runway threshold displaced,the runway threshold staggered and the end-around taxiway.The paper makes an in-depth analysis of the noise abatement mechanism of above measures,and achieves a visual presentation of noise abatement through the combination of INM with ArcGIS and Google map.
