| The airport security check is an important part of the civil aviation transportation system,and an important checkpoint to ensure aviation safety.Therefore,the search performance for prohibited items of security personnel will directly affect people’s life and property,and even affect the social safety.Take the actual working characteristics of security personnel into consideration,the skill levels,contraband occurrence probability,time pressure and personality traits are selected as influencing factors.Based on the signal detection theory,the search accuracy(the probability of hit,mission,false alarm and correct rejects),search sensitivity(discrimination)of the security personnel,and the search judgment tendency(judgment criteria)are calculated.They were used as measurement indicators of the search performance of security personnel.The search performance experiments are designed to obtained the above data.Experiment 1 is designed as a mixed experiment with includes 2 work experience(novice and veteran),2 probabilities of contraband occurrence(high and low)and 2 time pressure(with and without)to analyze search accuracy,search sensitivity and rule of search judgment tendency under three factors.Based on the results of experiment 1,MBTI personality characteristics were used to analyze the influence of the personality preference of security personnel on the indexes of search performance.The results of Experimental 1 show that:(1)The work experience has a significant impact on search performance of security personnel.The richer the work experience is,the higher the search accuracy is,the more sensitive the search is,and the more the judgment tends to be conservative.(2)The probability of contraband occurrence has a significant impact on the search performance.When the contraband occurrence probability is low,the search accuracy decreases and the judgment standard of security personnel tends to be conservative.When the contraband occurrence probability is high,the search accuracy increased and the security personnel’s judgment standard tends to take risks.(3)The time pressure has a significant impact on the search performance of security personnel.When the search accuracy and search sensitivity of security personnel without time pressure are better than those with time pressure,the judgment standard tends to be conservative when there is no time pressure,and the time pressure makes security personnel improve the judgment criteria,tends to take risks.The results of experiment 2 show that the preferences of introvert type and the extraversion type have a significant impact on the search performance of security officers.The search accuracy and search sensitivity of the introverts are superior to those who hold the extraversion type personality.Through security personnel search performance research,the factors affecting search performance was analyzed.It provides scientific basis for the selection and training of security personnel,and thus more effectively guarantees the safe and stable operation of civil aviation. |
