Entering the 21 st century,due to the rapid development of Internet economy,mobile intelligent terminal cover large area,electronic business,a kind of new shopping way to make people business activities across geographic space and time limit.The traditional enterprises are keenly aware that consumers have a great change in purchasing demand and purchase behavior,and will cause the impact injury of physical store development.Therefore,in order to seek the breakthrough of their own development,it has created a new economic model of experiencing economy.In many rapidly developing countries,is no longer a new concept of the experience economy as it is to understand and more and more attention,through the continuous research and practice of exploration,formed a very good development prospect.This kind of change is happening quietly in our country,the change of consumer’s consumer demand urgently needs experiential commercial space to appear.Experience economy as a new era of customer economy,can enable customers to participate in and gain a full range of feelings.The new consumption pattern and consumer psychology led by the experience economy encourage designers to explore new strategies and methods for creating experiential business space,which is the entry point of this article.This paper studies the design method of experiential commercial space from the perspective of place spirit.Firstly,this paper analyzes the impact of e-business on physical retailers from the perspective of "Internet economy",and the new development trend and design strategy of commercial space under the influence of electronic commerce.On this basis,through the study of schultz place spirit concept to develop the experience of commercial space construction technique,in order to create the place spirit in the commercial space,must through the medium of the experience in space research.The place spirit theory is applied to the construction experience of commercial space design,explore its design strategy,by the people of vision,hearing,touch,smell and taste to interweave each other to get the space identity and sense of direction.Secondly through space plot designed to strengthen the relationship between human and environment interactive dialogue between,between the consumer and commodity produce good "communication" and "dialogue",in order to upgrade the subsidiary value of commercial space,make the space more experience,memory,thereby improve the commercial space environment,guide the consumption idea,stimulate urban vitality to promote social development.
