Traction power supply system is an important part of electrified railway.It plays a key role in the safe and stable operation of catenary and locomotives.The operation and maintenance personnel of the traction power supply system are the direct factors affecting the safe and reliable operation of the traction power supply.It also is the guarantee for the stable operation of the electric locomotive.It is very important to strengthen technical training of the operation and maintenance personnel of the traction power supply system,which will make the traction power supply system in our country safe and stable.Aiming at the limitation of traditional training mode of traction power supply system,such as poor operable,low visibility,high cost,low efficiency,high risk and so on,this paper combines the virtual simulation technology with the training and teaching of traction power supply system,and designs a three-dimensional virtual training system of traction power supply.First of all,this paper collected and analyzed the current research status of related training system in traction power supply system.Aiming at the shortage of the existing training system,the research direction and research content of the traction power supply virtual training system were established on the basis of the communication with users and the in-depth analysis of the user needs.Secondly,through the three-dimensional modeling method,the models of the electrical equipment related to traction power supply system,natural environment,terrain and landform,building,road were built.To simulate the high fidelity of traction power supply system in real world,the three-dimensional scene of traction substation,three-dimensional scene of catenary and three-dimensional scene of GIS substation were set up according to the field data and the user custom scene was designed.On this basis,this paper used the training task script to run the training and teaching operation on the three-dimensional scene,and designed the training modes such as free operation training,daily inspection,switching operation,equipment maintenance,work ticket handling,duty and shift handover,fault handling training and so on.Thirdly,on the basis of the training task script operation mechanism of the three dimensional training simulation subsystems,and in view of training task menu and training task script data form,a task script editing subsystem of traction power supply was designed for data display and operation,in order to realize the editing of the training task.Besides,through the Socket communication based on the reliability transmission TCP/IP,the task script editing subsystem and the 3D training simulation subsystem were interacted with the real-time command and data.In the task script editing subsystem,while the task script was edited,the 3D training simulation subsystem analyzed and executed the task script command and data in real time,and dynamically demonstrated the editing effect through the 3D scene.Fourthly,in view of the different needs of different user groups and the non-editable defects of the three-dimensional scene of the existing training system,based on the principle of expansibility and maintainability of the system,according to the organization and data form of the 3D scene,the model resources and the scene data were separated,and the 3D scene and model editing system were studied and designed to realize user's adjustment to 3D scene and edit of model object.At the same time,in order to combine the three-dimensionalvirtual training system of traction power supply and the research of professional technology simulation,a new 3D parameterized dynamic modeling method based on static equilibrium is proposed for catenary in the catenary model editing.Finally,in order to make users understand the traction power supply system more intuitively,and obtain more realistic training effect,this paper selected the advanced mixed reality technology at home and abroad,and made a preliminary study on the mixed reality simulation of traction power supply system.The 3D virtual scene of traction power supply was superimposed to the real world,and the information of virtual world and the real world information were superimposed on each other.The perception of light and vision changed synchronously with human motion.The body control interspersed in the virtual space and the real space.All of these gave students a new between real and illusory simulation experience.
