With the development of the network and the popularization of the embeddedsystem technology, the multiple physiological parameters monitoring system andremote medical fields entered a rapid development stage.In the future,miniaturization, wireless monitoring system will be the trend of monitoring system.Embedded wireless PDA-style multiple physiological parameters monitoring systemwill have good application in the future.This thesis introduced the currunt status of monitoring system, the technicallevel of domestic and foreign monitoring system, along with the applications ofembedded systems and wireless technology in the field of monitoring system.On the basis of Requirement Analysis, we proposed a monitoring systemsolution using wireless data transmit technology and then studied the precept ofwireless data transmit embedded system in designing our monitoring system. Wechoose is RF(Radio Frequency) as the wireless data communication technology.After analyzing mainstream RF chips, we chose nRF2401 and developed thenRF2401 RF module. We selected embedded OMAP5912 dual-core processor andMontaVista Linux operating system as our monitoring system solution, and thendeveloped the nRF2401 module, USB and wireless LAN card device driver ofembedded Linux operating system. In the application program, we received the dataof real-time physiological parameters through nRF2401 module, then transmitted itto the wireless LAN terminal to accomplish the real-time data storage.Currently, the system achieves the real-time point-to-point wirelesstransmission of the ECG and blood oxygen saturation signals, and processes thereal-time data storage through the Wireless LAN, thus validates the feasibility of thesystem design.
