Analysis And Research On Comprehensive Benefit Of Prefabricated Building

The industrialization of residential assembly is different from the traditional cast-in-place production and construction mode in the market.This new assembly production and construction method greatly changes the cast-in-place working mode and environment of wet operation,greatly reduces the workload of cast-in-place production materials on the construction site,and not only makes the construction resource consumption and the damage to the environment in the construction stage reach the maximum However,the industrialization of housing has been developed for many years in China,and its scope is still very narrow and the development is very slow.One of the main reasons is that the economic benefits of housing industrialization are not clear.Therefore,it is necessary to make a deep analysis on the comprehensive economic benefits of the current residential assembly industrialization.Taking a prefabricated project in Qingdao as an example,this paper attempts to study the comprehensive economic benefits of residential prefabricated industrial buildings with a quantitative and qualitative research method.At the same time,it combines the analytic hierarchy process and set pair analysis theory to apply it to prefabricated buildings Comprehensive benefit evaluation of buildings.In this paper,the main research object and background content are analyzed in depth,and the main research direction and key points are introduced.At the same time,based on the current research situation and theoretical analysis,the research purpose and significance,as well as the main content and research methods of this paper are summarized.At the same time,the cost-effectiveness of the whole life cycle and the incremental cost and benefit of the industrialization of prefabricated housing are comprehensively analyzed.Secondly,under the background of the project,from the calculation index of comprehensive benefits,and from three aspects of economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits,this paper calculates and analyzes the comprehensive benefits of industrialization of prefabricated housing.Finally,the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated housing are analyzed based on AHP,and the relative weights of 17 evaluation indexes are determined;finally,the comprehensive benefits of housing industrialization are analyzed based on set pair analysis theory.The results show that: the comprehensive benefit rating of housing industrialization belongs to grade III,which is medium level,and the environmental and economic and social benefits are well rated.One of the main factors leading to the low level of comprehensive economic benefits of housing industrialization in China is the low link entropy of economic benefits.Based on the above results,it is suggested to take a series of measures,such as national policy funding support,scientific research investment,industrial resource integration,skilled personnel training and so on,to effectively reduce the bottlenecks and obstacles in the development of modern prefabricated housing,and to improve the comprehensive competitiveness and efficiency of prefabricated modern housing industry.
