In the process of the city accelerated, energy and environment deterioration, low-carbon development of construction is a necessary choice for resource shortage, the greenhouse effect and environmental pollution after reflecting, low-carbon development of the building industry must be imperative. At present, there are many books and papers about the low-carbon building both at home and abroad, but most are about the aspects of qualitative research, and there is not a comprehensive, standardized system for the impact factors of the low-carbon building. Therefore, this paper reviews the research status of low-carbon building development at home and abroad, and generally discusses on the theory and method of the development of low-carbon building, and constructed the framework of influence factors of the low-carbon building development, and try to systematically using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method to get the weights of factors, which provide basic data for the development of low-carbon building. The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Through introducing the background and significance of the research the low-carbon building development, it shows the importance of low-carbon building development and the necessity of research. According to the development history and the research achievements of low-carbon building development at home and abroad, it summarizes that the basic research on influencing factors of the development of low-carbon building in China is not enough in-depth and comprehensive, and there are some problems, and improvements are proposed.(2) Based on the theory of sustainable development, respectively expounds the connotation, characteristic and difference between low-carbon building for sustainable construction, ecological building, green building, energy-efficient construction and low-carbon buildings, introduces the successful experience in promoting low carbon buildings on the board.(3)According to the constructing principle and selection method of restricting the development framework of low-carbon building factors, analyse the affecting factors of the development of low-carbon buildings from the four aspects of society, economy, technology and management, construct hierarchical structure model of two grade low-carbon building, expound the connotation in detail for the two level factor(4) In reliability analysis is used to guarantee effectiveness under the premise of questionnaire, adopt the expert investigation method for the affecting factors of the development of low-carbon building,apply the AHP-DEMATEL (improved analytic hierarchy process) method and use YAAHP software to auxiliary calculate the influence factors weights, obtain the five key influence factors of low-carbon building development.(5) Learn from the successful experience of foreign countries to promote low-carbon buildings. Combine with China’s national conditions to promote the development of low-carbon buildings countermeasures and the promotion model.(6) Summarize the results of this thesis, and propose further in-depth study.
