In recent years,with the development of China's national economy and the improvement of infrastructure,the scale of high-voltage transmission lines has gradually increased,and problems such as parallel and cross-over between transmission lines have become increasingly serious.Overhead transmission lines will slide during long-term operation,and will suffer thermal expansion and contraction due to high temperature.These factors will cause the line spacing to change.If the spacing is too small,flashover between phases and serious electromagnetic coupling may occur.,Lightning shielding characteristics change,power system operation is abnormal,increase security risks.At present,the measurement of the spacing of high-voltage transmission lines mainly uses ultrasonic total stations,theodolites,and airborne laser radar measurements.With the development of science and technology,some new measurement technologies are being studied,such as the three-dimensional reconstruction technology of transmission line images,but these methods have great limitations and measurement errors.The difficulty in measuring the distance between transmission lines is that the closest point between transmission lines cannot be found,and it is difficult to accurately calculate the distance.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the fast,simple,efficient,and accurate measurement system for the distance between transmission lines.It is also a key issue that needs to be solved.This article studies and designs a crossover measurement system for transmission lines based on stereo vision measurement technology.The system consists of a measuring device,a detection and measurement terminal,and the automatic detection of transmission lines and the measurement of line spacing.The main research content is as follows:1?In the first part of the measurement device,the S3C2440 development board was used to develop and build an ARM-linux system,and a USB camera driver and an Ethernet card driver were designed to realize the image acquisition and transmission of transmission lines.2?In the second part of the test and measurement terminal software design,improve the chain code algorithm on the basis of stereo vision measurement technology,propose a point search and line merging algorithm,so as to automatically detect transmission lines and accurately obtain the pixels of the line under test.coordinate.Based on the principle of binocular ranging,a geometric measurement model was established in which the two lines to be measured,whether parallel or cross-over,can be accurately measured.3?Laboratory measurements to obtain experimental data,optimization ofdetection algorithms and measurement models,and to the actual site measurement,measurement results verify the accuracy and reliability of the system.4?The binocular camera measuring device was developed.The crossover measurement system of the transmission line was designed to meet the actual application requirements and the measurement accuracy was high.
