At present,the domestic high-end stone processing equipment is basically a monopoly of foreign equipment.C hina has a certain stone equipment production capacity,but because of the lack of core technology,resulting in the domestic processing equipment can only enter the low-end market.There are many kinds of stone processing equipment,and the mainly used equipment in the processing of the slate material is cutting machine.The development trend of processing equipment is numerically controlled and polytechnic,therefore,it is of great significance to develop high-end domestic CNC system of the five axis machine tool in the machining center form.The main work of this paper is as follows:According to the mechanical structure and machining principle of bridge-type stone cutting five-axis machine tool,combined with the characteristics of the blanks and the products of the stone plate,the processing demand of the machine is analyzed.The corresponding hardware overall program with master machine and slave machine and software overall program with double interfaces are designed based on the requirements of multi-process and high automation,and the processing of CNC system is planned.Aiming at the problem of reduced processing quality due to changes in the grinding torque of the grinding head during the grinding process of stone,the real-time compensation technology of the grinding process is put forward.By collecting real-time spindle current to control the compensation of grinding head,the purpose of keeping the spindle current constant is achieved.Combined with the interpolation synchronization interface function,G code and PLC secondary development,the grinding head automatic compensation in the grinding process is realized.The over-cutting phenomenon in the sawing process is studied,and the method of dealing with the problem of over cut in the straight line and the arc is theoretically designed.The method of judging the concave and convex arcs in the processing of stone is analyzed,and the overall treatment scheme of over-cutting in the process of G code generation is summarized.Based on HNC-8 system,the HMI of the five-axis machine tool is developed.The interfaces complete the input of the processing parameters of the stone,and the skill of automatic generation of the multi-process G code is realized.Based on the above development and research,a CNC system for cutting five-axis machine tool of stone is developed.The processing effect of the G code generated by the numerical control system is simulated on VERICUT,the simulation results show that the CNC system has good function and good processing effect.
