Study On Key Problems Of Urban Flood Control Planning In Jilin City

With the development of social productive forces,the progress of science and technology,and the adjustment of industrial structure,China is gradually moving towards urbanization,however,due to the greenhouse effect and a series of weather problems of urbanization,a series of climate problems have broken the balance of water resources.Therefore,it is necessary for the city's to make a flood control plan.This paper takes Jilin city as the background,the city is an important industrial base of chemical industry.It is an important center city and transportation hub.It is an important industrial base,modern manufacturing base,high-tech industrial base and special local product base.However,the region's historical floods are more frequent,which will give the city a certain impact.This paper through the analysis of the flood situation,combined with local actual situation,put forward the feasibility measures to improve the standard of the flood control and prevent waterlogging.
