In the era of rich and colorful life,people’s needs are changing every day,promoting the development of science and technology and economy,and a series of energy and environmental issues have arisen along with it.Energy-saving and emission reduction is the direction that all governments are currently working on.Solar energy is a new type of renewable energy,which has been increased year by year.The LED(Light Emitting Diode)has gradually replaced traditional low-efficiency light sources in recent years because of its high light efficiency and long lifetime.The solar LED lighting system skillfully combines the advantages of solar energy and LED light sources,and can be widely used in China’s vast land.This article focuses on the MCU(Micro Controller Unit)-based lithium solar LED street light in-depth research,with STM32 microcontroller as the center,to ensure the maximum power output of solar cells,can be remotely controlled by Bluetooth LED lighting,while able to distance Monitor the operating status of the system.This article mainly completes the following work:(1)This article analyzed the research background of the project and the feasibility of China’s vigorous development of solar energy,introduced the development trend of photovoltaic industry and LED industry at home and abroad.(2)Then this article introduced in detail the composition of a lithium-ion solar LED street light,and analyzed the basic principles of modules including solar panels,LED lighting,and lithium batteries.(3)This articlie designd and analyzed the lithium battery solar LED integrated circuit hardware circuit part,including STM32 microcontroller module,voltage detection module,current detection module,HC-05 Bluetooth transparent transmission module,charge control module,LED driver circuit module.(4)After the hardware circuit design was completed,the software part was developed to complete the interaction between the mobile phone and the microcontroller.This aritlce used the Java language and Android Studio integrated development tools to write Android software code and used the C language and IAR development tools to write embedded software code.The MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking)maximum power tracking algorithm was analyzed and implemented.This article used a custom serial communication protocol to complete the data exchange between the mobile phone and the STM32 microcontroller to achieve the purpose of remote control and remote monitoring.(5)This article completed functional debugging of the hardware and software,and joint debugging and testing of hardware and software.The final test results had reached the desired target.
