| Extensive researches on solar energy has been done around the world,for solar energy is regarded as a green and environmental friendly energy.However,solar energy has low efficiency of collection and utilization because of its low density,time intermittent and spatial variability.For hybrid solar energy can effectively improve solar energy utilization,it has gradually become research hot spot.In this paper,the hybrid solar energy control system is taken as the study object,with the realization principle of the hybrid solar energy analyzed,the whole scheme of the solar energy control system is completed,and the motion tracking control system is studied in particular.The main contents are as follows:Study on the overall scheme of solar energy control system has been done.Through the research and analysis of hybrid solar energy,the use of energy and thermal energy program design is completed.Finally,the whole scheme of the solar energy control system is achieved.Hardware control scheme of solar energy system has been designed.According to the system scheme and with the required control function analyzed,the circuit scheme of the motion control which is part of sun position tracking and charge and discharge which control the use of solar power are designed.Focusing on the motion control circuit study,the hardware circuit which can meet all the requirements is finally completed.Control software of solar position tracking motion has been done.According to the designed hardware circuit,the software programming is completed to achieve the corresponding function.Based on the implementation of sun tracking,the algorithm which can meet the tracking requirements is designed.Experimental study on motion control has been carried out with the assembled-equipment.The precision of the automatic tracking and the tracking time of thetracking system are respectively carried out.The results show that the accuracy of the tracking can ensure the voltage difference does not exceed 0.02 V when the voltage and light intensity are maximum.According to the time interval experiment result,the time interval of each automatic tracking is set to 10 minutes,and the tracking time interval mechanism is optimized to improve the reliability of the practical application of the tracking algorithm. |
