With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,in order to ensure the accurate and safe operation of the airlines,it is necessary to improve the service level and maintenance technology of the maintenance personnel.The traditional maintenance training has high cost,large space occupancy,low training efficiency and a single training process.In order to make up for the shortcomings and shortcomings of traditional locomotive training and help airlines improve the level of locomotive maintenance,a virtual maintenance method based on virtual maintenance technology is proposed in this paper.With the upgrading of computer software and hardware,the development of virtual reality technology,virtual maintenance technology is widely used.Based on the CFM56-7B engine as an example,the design of the aviation engine virtual maintenance system,maintenance personnel to meet the daily requirements of maintenance work,achieve the purpose of training and refresher training.The realization method of virtual maintenance for aero engine is proposed in this paper.The virtual maintenance system studied in this paper uses Microsoft Visual C++ as the development tool and Vega Prime as an interactive virtual maintenance simulation engine.CATIA software is used to create three dimensional models of virtual maintenance objects,virtual tools and virtual scenes.Flt software is used to format transformation,lighten and optimize processing.The characteristics of aero engine maintenance and virtual maintenance are analyzed,and the combination of the two methods is found,and the main functions of the virtual maintenance system are set up.The motion module provided by VP in the basis of realization of the interactive technology of virtual maintenance disassembly process;using hybrid bounding box collision detection algorithm combined with the detection mechanism in VP collision collision test on 3D model;explore the display view in the VP engine and path planning technology,basic technology to achieve a virtual route maintenance service;the 3DVIA software to make component identification and maintenance demonstration module,to help the crew to enhance aviation engine maintenance learning.Taking the detachable aero engine module and the after flight inspection module in the virtual maintenance system as an example,the operation simulation of aero engine virtual maintenance is carried out to verify the practicability of the system.Through the research of this paper,the virtual maintenance system of aero engine is designed and developed.The system has friendly interactive interface,the function is simple,convenient,and has the universal expansion to some extent,can alleviate the cost of traditional maintenance training in high efficiency low problem,to meet new and old locomotive maintenance personnel training and refresher training needs,but also provides a reference for research in other areas of virtual maintenance.
