Risk Management Research On Storage Links Of Dangerous Goods Transportation By Air In Civil Aviation

In recent years,the volume of dangerous goods transportation has increased significantly.Due to the distinctive characteristics of dangerous goods transportation by air in the transportation mode and transportation process,more and more civil aviation industry pays attention to it.Storage as one links of the of dangerous goods transportation links,there is no official issued clear and instructive statement,so now to operate some operating software and hardware in the storage of dangerous goods transportation by air are not uniform,and the storage of hazardous chemicals accidents,make management institutions and industry personnel will attention to the management of warehouse norms.The risk analysis of the storage link is a necessary part of the analysis of the safety management of the storage links.Most of the reference,less research for storage of dangerous goods transportation by air,of most is to study the whole transportation process,the author from the research hotspot of research and practice,combined with the research literature on warehousing and storage risk management research,based on the common dangerous goods warehouse storage link process of ground agent enterprise.First,the article analyzes the current situation of dangerous goods transportation and warehousing in China,and obtains the characteristics of the transport of dangerous goods through the comparison of different dangerous goods transportation modes,and combs the operation process related to the links and preamble links of dangerous goods transportation and storage.Secondly,for the implementation of safety management of dangerous goods warehouse,to find the risk analysis and evaluation method of construction risk analysis model for the goal,risk of domestic and foreign dangerous goods storage and warehousing sectors of the analysis of the research status are summarized,using the SHELL model from the human and machine and environment and management of the parties face the risk analysis to the storage links with the key control points in the HACCP method analysis method,obtains the key control points need to pay attention to in the storage process,and then constructing a risk evaluation model based on expert scoring results to validate the model,optimization model,the effective risk assessment to the application of the model,comprehensive risk that risk factors in the storage areas of aviation dangerous goods transport enterprise and in the important degree,finally calculate the air transport of dangerous goods storage links risk.According to the calculation results,the distribution of weight factor table shows,personnel,management and information is the basic starting point of the storage areas to do risk control,continuously improve and maintain their own resources,control the quality andstrength,is an important way to reduce risk,the results indicated that in the use of analysis based evaluation model through the calculation results,we can get practical significance via the calculation results of the model combined with the actual operation situation of the risk management and control measures.
