At present,C hina's dangerous goods transport accidents happened frequently,the safety issues can't be ignored.Carrying out scientific and rational,simple and feasible evaluation study of safety guarantee ability level of dangerous goods in road transportation,find out the problems and improve them,this will help improve the overall safety guarantee level of dangerous goods transportation industry,providing a stable external environment for the healthy development of the national economy and the construction of a harmonious society.Statistical analysis of 297 dangerous goods road transport accidents,sum up the basic characteristics and law of accidents,analysis the formation mechanism of dangerous goods road transport accident.Reference the relevant principles,basis,process of indexs selecting,designing initial indexs from regulations and safety management system,transport vehicles and safety equipment,practitioners factors,packaging factors and hazard identification,emergency and fire prevention these five aspects.Using expert expectations method to optimize the indexs,constructing evaluation index system of dangerous goods road transport safety guarantee capacity: an evaluation target,five primary indexs,24 secondary indexs.Using combination empowerment method to determine the weights of the evaluation indexs: AHP method to determine the subjective weights of indexs,entropy weight method to determine the objective weights of indexs,AHP method to calculate the subjective weight in yaahp,The sum of square of the deviation is the smallest for the objective function to determine the best composite weight model is: subjective weight and objective weight each 50%.Combined with matter-element theory,extension set theory,constructing multi-level extension evaluation model of dangerous goods road transport safety guarantee capacity,determine the specific process of evaluation.Z company as an example to evaluate,the results accurately reflect Z company's actual situation.It show that the comprehensive evaluation system is scientific,reasonable and feasible,it can apply effectively evaluate the level of dangerous goods road transport safety guarantee capacity,which can provide valuable decision-making basis for improving the safety of dangerous road transport.
