With the rapid development of cloud services and Internet technologies,the operating mode of enterprises is gradually becoming informatization,and service-oriented operation models are gradually spreading among enterprises.At the same time,software-as-a-service(SAAS)model has emerged as an innovative software model.So,enterprises enjoy the convenience from the model only by renting.However,in this model,a large amount of data generated by enterprises are also hosted on cloud services,which also cause the problem of trust between tenant companies and service providers.Based on the automobile sales service industry,this thesis analyzes the operating characteristics of the cloud service model in this field.In order to establish a trusted cloud service and provide a scientific and effective technical support for improving the trust from enterprises to service providers,the main research includes the following:(1)The background and significance are analyzed,on which the cloud service platform apply to SMEs.The potential security risks are also analyzed,which the cloud service platform produce.Relevant requirements and solutions are studied for tenants' worries about security factors.(2)In order to ensure tenants' trust in the cloud service platform and the security of the tenants' data,solutions,in which overall design of the system framework is elaborated,including the detailed function modules,the conceptual model and logical model of database and the important design of table structure and so on,are provided for log management and security monitoring to cloud services.(3)For tenants' concern about the security of data,which are hosted on the Cloud Service,firstly,the various login scenarios are analyzed,the same to the security issues from the cloud service portal.For the existing problems,techniques,such as SSO(Single Sign-On)and CAS(Central Authentication Service),and access to login logs have been studied.At the same time,some strategies have been studied and formulated for tenant login.According to the problems of business operation,the association rule algorithm FP-Growth is used to design and build the tenants' rules library of safety behavior by analyzing the correlation between the tenants' business operation behavior.Finally,on the cloud service module,the usage of each module is analyzed,and the polynomial regression methods are used to predict the frequency of modules.(4)Various modules have been developed and implemented,which the log management and security monitoring system of the cloud service platform involve.The function of each module is also expatiated on.At the same time,the relevant content is displayed through the form of reports.
