Research On The Protection And Renewal Of Chengdu's Historic Garden Based On Sustainable Rain And Flood Management

The current wave of urbanization brings about a series of problems.The most important concern is the urban water problem.Relying solely on the pipe network has been unable to solve this problem.It is necessary to introduce sustainable rainwater management to solve the urban water problem.Chengdu historic garden is a distinctive local garden representative.It is an important material carrier of Sichuan's history and culture,and also a part of the green space system of Chengdu.Most of the researches focus on authenticity protection and cultural and artistic heritage,and lack of research on its function of stormwater management.Taking Chengdu historical garden as the research object,combined with the concept of sustainable rainwater management,this paper studies its protection and renewal.Through literature reading,field research,practice and other research methods,the wisdom of rain and flood management in historical gardens is analyzed and summarized,and the results and problems of flood management are summarized.This paper analyzes the relationship between the elements of historical landscape architecture and the management of rain and flood,summarizes the general procedures for the renewal of rain and flood management in historical gardens,and the design strategies for the protection and renewal of the rain and flood management facilities in historical gardens.The research ideas and conclusions of this paper are divided into five parts.First,the feasibility and necessity of the study.The wisdom of rainwater management is reflected in Chinese traditional gardens,and Chengdu is inseparable from water.A survey and analysis of three typical Chengdu historical gardens were conducted to reveal the ways and means of rainwater management in Chengdu's historical gardens,and to summarize the results and problems of the rain and flood management in Chengdu's historical gardens,such as the scale of the rain and flood management,such as the scale of the rain and flood,the lack of management,the relative isolation of the facilities,the facilities that are contrary to the rain and flood,and the non embodiment of the rain and flood.Historical garden cultural characteristics and so on,further draw the feasibility and necessity of rainwater management in historical gardens in Chengdu.Second,the relationship between the elements of construction and the management of rain and flood.The historical garden is divided into water,vegetation,topography,architecture and pavement elements,and the relationship between stormwater management and all elements is analyzed.Third,the renovation process of rain and flood management in historical gardens.After sorting out the natural conditions,the internal and external conditions of the site,and the historical and humanistic characteristics,the objectives and principles of the design are clearly defined.Different types of runoff control facilities are selected at the different site conditions and rainwater process areas,and the selected rain and flood facilities are controlled at the same time.The historical garden atmosphere is reflected,and the rain and flood management of the general garden green space is distinguished.Finally,the related design is optimized and promoted according to the feedback mechanism of the evaluation.Fourth,the design strategy for the protection and renewal of stormwater management facilities in historical gardens.According to whether there are rain and flood management facilities as "original trace",the historical garden of "original trace" adopts the strategy of "preserving,optimizing,reproducing and re creating",and the historical gardens without "original trace" are described in accordance with the detention facilities,transmission facilities,and receiving and storing.Fifth,design case study.Taking Du Fu Thatched Cottage as an example,according to the update process of the previous article,and using the strategy and method summarized in the previous article to design,this paper discusses the protection and renewal based on the rain and flood management in Chengdu's historical gardens.
