In view of the above discussion, this paper from university landscape water sustainable utilization of environmental advantages, the advantages of education as well as the necessity of based on rainwater natural cycle, create a water purification, storage, reuse of the circulatory system, creating art, ecology, participation of rainwater in the sustainable use of the landscape.In this study for sustainable stormwater utilization landscape with natural accumulation, natural infiltration, natural purification as the goal, contains penetration, stagnation, collection, purification, storage and overflow link. According to ecological stormwater utilization, improve the environment, create the three major objectives of sustainable utilization of rainwater landscape, sustainable utilization of the rainwater in the landscape design is divided into three systems: respectively is system of technological measures, landscape to create a system, landscape application system.The technical measures of sponge city are the technical support for the sustainable utilization of the landscape rainwater in Colleges and universities.
