In recent years,China's high-speed railway has experienced rapid development. The development of high-speed trains has undoubtedly become an important tool for promoting national economic development.Due to the requirement for lightweighting of high-speed trains, the use of a large amount of new decorative materials is indispensable. The use of materials brings about the emission of organic volatiles in the room.At present, the air-conditioning system of trains emphasizes the adjustment of temperature and humidity, and the trains are organic. The content of volatiles lacks attention and necessary research. In this paper, the organic volatiles in the passenger compartment of high-speed trains are studied from the aspects of the release, distribution, and influencing factors of organic volatiles in trains, and are specifically reflected in the following aspects:(1)The emission components of organic volatile matter in the passenger compartment of the train and the mechanism of emission are studied. The release of train VOC mainly includes the three processes of diffusion within the material, diffusion of the boundary layer, and the influence of the internal flow field of the train.According to atmospheric standards, physical chemistry of organic volatiles Influences of nature and toxicity have determined the main research components of organic volatiles in passenger compartments using alkanes, toluene, benzene and formaldehyde..(2)Taking the second-class carriage of a certain type of high-speed train in China as the research object, numerical simulation of the distribution of pollutants in the passenger compartment under typical operating conditions of the train was conducted, and the basic characteristics of organic volatiles emitted from the passenger compartment of the high-speed train were discussed. The indoor pollutants were subject to an objective evaluation of air quality, and it was concluded that the air quality in the passenger compartment of the train did not reach the cleanliness standard.(3)Study the distribution location of high-speed trains and the impact of distribution rate on the distribution of organic volatiles on the respiratory interface of the passenger compartment of the train. The effect of floor on the concentration of organic volatiles on the breathing interface of the passenger compartment of the train is most significant. The floor and ceiling of the passenger compartment are the organic volatiles. The concentration effect does not change linearly with the change in organic volatile matter release rate.(4)Simulate the distribution of pollutants on the respiratory interface of the passenger compartment of the following new air volume conditions.Discuss the influence of the fresh air volume of the air conditioning system on the organic volatiles distribution of the train, and the dilution effect of the fresh air on indoor pollutant emission cannot follow the fresh air ratio. The increase increases.Numerical simulation of different airflow patterns was performed.Based on the simulation results, the lowest concentration of organic volatiles was found on the breathing interface of the passenger compartment in the side air supply mode.
