| There are two typical high-speed trains in China: A and B.The A-type vehicle uses a ground-tapered LMA tread,a small series of longitudinal positioning stiffness,and a yaw damper with a large damping coefficient.And the transverse nonlinear bifurcation type of A-car is subcritical.The B-type vehicle uses a S1200 G tread with a large vertebral degree,a large longitudinal alignment stiffness,and a yaw damper with a small damping coefficient.The transverse nonlinear bifurcation type of Type B is supercritical.This paper analyzes the wear patterns of different tread lengths of two high-speed trains of type A and type B.In addition,this paper compares the effect of the change of tread equivalent taper on the running speed of two high-speed trains and the impact of wear on the dynamic performance of high-speed trains.The specific research content is as follows:(1)According to the vehicle structure parameters and suspension parameters,two kinds of high-speed train system dynamics models are established using the multi-body dynamics software UM.The correctness of the model is verified by the vehicle wheelset lateral displacement and critical velocity analysis.(2)This paper establish two kinds of tread models of LMA and S1002 G.According to the high-speed railway line standards,this paper establish analog lines including straight lines,curves,and transition curves,by using Wu Guang line to measure irregularities.The wear calculation is performed in the UM post-processing,and the tread is updated every 10,000 km.Statistical analysis is made on the changes in the parameters such as tread wear section,wear depth,and equivalent taper.(3)In the simulation calculation results,a tread is extracted every 50,000 kilometers.This paper analyzes the axle lateral force,vertical wheel-rail force,derailment coefficient,lateral smoothness,and vertical stationarity change of different equivalent taper treads after wear of high-speed trains under straight curve conditions.And according to the analysis of the rules.(4)This paper analyzes the matching of the wear track with the new wheel and the wear wheel by comparing the initial track profile with the worn track profile.The axle lateral force,wheel-rail vertical force,derailment coefficient,lateral smoothness and vertical smoothness change of the different equivalent taper treads of the high-speed train under the two conditions of straight curve are analyzed.And according to the analysis of the rules. |
