With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway industry,the technical achievements of high-speed train technology continue to refresh the historical records.Its running speed greatly shortens the passenger’s travel time.At the same time,the reasonable spatial layout in the vehicle improves the ride comfort,and the stable structure of the vehicle ensures the safety of passengers.In the complex track system,a good wheel rail matching relationship will improve the operation performance of high-speed train,reduce the operation cost and improve the operation safety.As one of the core technical parameters in the wheel rail relationship,the equivalent taper directly affects the dynamic performance of high-speed train.Therefore,the research of equivalent taper is of great significance to improve the dynamic performance of high-speed train,improve the operation quality and the economic and social benefits of railway transportation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on SIMPACK dynamics simulation software,this paper establishes CRH3 dynamics model and verifies the correctness of the model.According to the rail profile expansion method and combined with the rim part of LMA worn wheel tread,the calculated tread curve is drawn by atuo-cad and dispersed into multiple groups of coordinates.The coordinate data are encapsulated to generate wheel tread documents with equivalent taper of0.05,0.06,0.07 and 0.08.(2)In order to analyze the dynamic performance of four kinds of wheel tread with different equivalent taper when running in straight section,firstly,make CRH3 model pass through the line with German low interference spectrum excitation at different running speeds,and calculate the nonlinear critical speed,wheel rail lateral force,vertical force,derailment coefficient and Sperling index respectively.Through analyzing the index data of straight section,it is found that with the increase of wheel tread equivalent taper,The dynamic performance indexes become worse when running in a straight line;The results show that the main reason for this change is the violent impact between wheel and rail caused by the interaction between running speed,line excitation and wheel rail conformality.(3)In order to study the influence of equivalent taper on dynamic performance when high-speed train passes through curve,multiple curve sections with different radii and superelevation are designed to improve the authenticity and effectiveness of the research results;The dynamic evaluation index increases the wear index on the basis of the straight-line section index.Through the analysis of the index calculation results of the curve section,it can be seen that the curve carrying capacity is improved with the increase of the equivalent taper;The curve carrying capacity of high-speed train is mainly affected by the running speed and curve radius.With the increase of running speed and curve radius,the curve carrying capacity first increases and then decreases;By comparing the calculation results,the wheel tread with equivalent taper of 0.06 is more suitable for CHN60 rail in terms of straight-line running capacity and curve passing capacity,and all dynamic indexes can be improved.
