Energy conservation and emission reduction is an important part of Chinese development strategy.The work of energy conservation and emission reduction of industrial boiler is one of the main contents.The air pollution is serious in China.Gas boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency,energy conservation and low pollution are gradually replacing coal-fired boiler,which play more and more important role in thermal equipment field.After consulting relevant literature and being based on the energy structure of Qinghai area,the testing and analysis of energy efficiency of horizontal gas boiler have been conducted in Qinghai area.The method of conventional thermal testing has been taken to finish it.According to the relevant documents of the Chinese standards and regulations,in the condition of the thermal stability and testing time,the number of parameters of energy efficiency has been done.The heat loss and the positive and negative balance of thermal efficiency of boiler has been tested or calculated.Investigating energy consumption of the boiler by this method is generally applied to the boiler,whose number is not so many.According to relevant regulations,the minimum test time of each boiler should not be less than 4 hours during boiler test.The number of gas-fired boilers is large in Qinghai area.It will waste a lot of time in accordance with this regulation.Therefore,the investigation of energy consumption in gas-fired boilers is conducted by means of sampling survey and statistical analysis.After efficiency testing and analyzing 65 gas boiler,the database of it has been established,the factors which cause efficiency of the boiler not meet standards has been synthetically analyzed,and the effect influence of various factors has been quantitative analyzed.Specific improvement plan has been put forward,and the improvement of main factors affecting has been theoretical calculated and analyzed.The improvement effect has been confirmed.It has guiding significance for xining to reform their gas boiler to been more energy conservation.
