With the rapid development of the economy, emphasis on environmental protection is increasing in our country and the whole world. Industrial boilers in particular coal-fired industrial boilers, not only high energy consumption, but also cause serious pollution, it is incompatible with the contemporary social requirements for conservation and clean development, so industrial boiler energy-saving work is very important. However, in many energy-saving industrial boiler project implementation process, there are phenomena of blind transformation, any increasing boiler output, promotion of immature technology, time duration, lack of attention to quality management. Those will lay hidden for boiler operation,and the results are more transformation worse. Not only the economy cannot be guaranteed,even the security is also insufficient.In order to make the industrial boiler energy-saving projects done better, not only improving economic efficiency, but also promoting the safety and reliability of the boiler,The paper put industrial boiler energy-saving projects as research subjects, analyzes the factors affecting the reliability of the various stages of the transformation process, research the method of industrial boiler system security and reliability evaluation, and apply them to an industrial boiler system energy-saving transformation projects, the main contents are as follows:(1)Research on energy-saving industrial boiler systems project implementation. Classify basic structure of industrial boiler according to its work process, mainly divide it into four systems; in order to avoid blind transformation, formulate the general process of the industrial boiler systems energy-saving transformation project according to its implementation process; analyze the characteristics industrial boiler energy-saving projects.(2) Study the methods of analyzing the reliability impact on the process of industrial boiler system energy-saving project. Using WBS and brainstorming to determine the impact indicators at different stages of Industrial boiler systems energy-saving project, build the index system of reliability affection, determine the index weights and sorting which affect reliability through expert questionnaires and improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP), obtained greater influence on the transformation process indicators to guide the safety and quality management of the entire transformation process.(3) Study the safety reliability assessment method of industrial boiler system. Through the boiler common cause of the accident analysis, build security and reliability evaluationindex system and evaluation model of industrial boiler system, combined with expert questionnaire and improved FAHP, get the weights of each index; using matter element evaluation, determine the various subsystems and the overall system reliability levels of industrial boiler system.(4) Engineering applications. The general flow of energy saving industrial boilers,industrial boilers, energy-saving process system reliability factors, industrial boiler system security and reliability of the assessment model are applied to an industrial boiler energy-saving project, demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of this study content.
