The energy issue has been the focus of economic development and the hot issues, manycountries put energy-saving strategy of reducing energy consumption, improving energyefficiency and developing new energy as an important measure to solve the energy problem."Twelfth Five-Year" energy conservation plan proposed for the new stage in China’s energyconservation to establish goals and direction, as a huge combustion reactions and heatexchange device,industrial enterprises boiler is the major energy consuming equipment andair pollutant emission source. However, the industrial enterprises in the energy consumptionand energy efficiency of the boiler system still lacks a scientific and effective evaluationmethod, so this paper will provide the basis for evaluation and ideas for industrial enterprisestargeted energy saving work of its boiler system.Firstly, through the analysis of literature and research on energy efficiency evaluation athome and abroad, starting from the multiple angles of the evaluation objectives, factors andsystem, and further analysis of the underlying energy efficiency of industrial enterprises boilersystem theory, criteria and procedures, and to lay the theoretical basis for the evaluation indexsystem of energy-saving effect of industrial enterprises boiler system effectively build.Secondly, the industrial enterprises of Tianjin boiler survey data based on the level ofenergy consumption and energy-saving status quo analysis of the industrial enterprises in theboiler system, and analysis the existing problems of the boiler system by use of the5M1E law,to lay the foundation for the establishment of evaluation index system.Thirdly, in-depth analysis of industrial enterprises in the boiler system energy savingeffect influencing factors on the basis of the evaluation criteria and guidelines, combined withthe problems and shortcomings of its existence, to build industrial enterprises boiler systemevaluation index system of four aspects, and set up a total of10secondary indicators and36three indicators.Determine the weight of each indicator elements by AHP, according to theresults of the indicators to identify the key indicators as the focus of energy management inindustrial enterprises.Finally, to build energy-saving effect of industrial enterprises in the boiler systemevaluation system based design of the questionnaire of the energy-saving effect of industrialenterprises boiler system, and to establish the corresponding fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmodel. Science and effectiveness of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proved bythe application of the model.In order to provide a reference for the enterprises to carry outenergy saving.
