This test is designed to evaluate the preparation of Bacillus subtilis containing AFB1 fed moldy feed the Yellow River carp affect physiological and biochemical parameters. Test 40.0±1.5g Yellow carp 800, were randomly divided into five treatments were control group, AFB1 group and formulations A, B and group C, that is basal diet, basal diet + 55?g/kg AFB1, basal diet + 55?g/kg AFB1 + 0.05% formulation of Bacillus subtilis, the basal diet + 55?g/kg AFB1 + 0.1% Bacillus subtilis preparation and basic diet + 55?g/kg AFB1 + 0.2% five kinds of feed formulations of Bacillus subtilis, four replications per treatment each repeated 40 fishes, 60-day trial. In the beginning of the test and the first 30 days in the individual units of the Yellow River carp weighing all the tests and measurements, and record feed consumption, to calculate the Yellow River carp growth performance indicators. At the end of the test in each treatment group were randomly selected for each cylinder 5 carps tail vein blood, liver and pancreas removed after slaughter blood tissue to serum, liver biochemistry and AFB1 residues of analysis, to test the first 45 days to the end of the period collect fecal analysis for feed digestibility. The results showed that:(1) Growth performance: feeding moldy feed containing 55?g/kg AFB1 the final body weight, feed conversion, liver body weight ratio and specific growth rate of the Yellow River carp compared with the other groups were significantly different(p <0.05). Add formulations of Bacillus subtilis preparation group index above features gradually approaching the control group, which added 0.2% formulation preparation of Bacillus subtilis C group is the most obvious.(2) In serum and liver antioxidant activity: AFB1 will cause Yellow River carp significant influence serum antioxidant activity. Serum superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase items in the control group, and the preparation of group C with AFB1 group were significantly different(P<0.05). MDA content isthe highest in AFB1 group, which among the control group were significantly different(P<0.05), whereas no significant difference between the control group and the preparation of Group C(P> 0.05). Which liver antioxidant activity and MDA content in serum and its tendency to maintain a high degree of agreement.(3) Serum enzyme activity: the Yellow River carp throughout the test serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and alkaline phosphatase energy trends three more consistent. AFB1 group compared with the control group, was significantly higher(P<0.05). When the feed preparation of Bacillus subtilis added gradually increased the amount, the activity also decreased. In Group C in the above formulation related indicators are basically returned to normal levels, no significant difference(P>0.05) and between the control group.(4) The serum protein targets: AFB1 can make the Yellow River carp serum total protein, albumin, globulin were decreased to a certain extent(P<0.05). After adding Bacillus subtilis in feed formulations, especially formulations C group basically eliminating the adverse effects caused by AFB1, with the control group had no significant difference.(5) In serum and liver AFB1 residual: At the end of the test the Yellow River carp hepatopancreas AFB1 accumulation and feed Bacillus subtilis were negative logarithmic relationship, making plans drawn by the regression equation, we can see that when Bacillus subtilis preparation adding volume reached 0.2 percent for the removal of residual liver AFB1 best. But in the blood AFB1 residues of Bacillus subtilis and no rules to follow between agents add volume.(6) Nutrient digestibility Show: In crude protein, crude fat and phosphorus digestibility the control group compared to the group AFB1 Were significantly reduced(P<0.05), but formulations C group with the control group had no significant difference.
