Rice seedling transplanting technology absorbs several advantages of the mechanical planting such as consistent depth,coherent and advantages of rice seedling throwing machine,such as robust seedlings,planting a light injury,buried shallow,low tillering node position,early tillering etc.It avoids a lot of disadvantages of machinery transplants,such as roots injuries,long tiller,and hard-to-throw.As one of the new rice transplanting techniques,it has the advantages of both methods of cultivation.China's rice planting mechanization development is relatively backward,new effective rice seedling transplanting machine of the development of agricultural mechanization and rice yield has an important significance.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign rice seedling transplanting technology.Break the traditional rod mechanism,according to the non-circular gear transmission characteristics.We put forward a new kind of taking and placing mechanism with conjugate non-circular planetary gear.The balance of the block is equipped with a claw for taking and placing seedlings.Under certain trajectory folder,it takes seedlings and accurately places them in seedling stage,and then the seedling was implanted in the soil body by transplant mechanism.This is not only stable but also with high work efficiency.It ensures that the mechanism has no hurt to the roots.Taking and placing seedling mechanism is the core mechanism of the transplanting machine,this paper only launched the study of taking and placing mechanism,the main contents are as follows:(1)Pursuant to transplanting machine and the way planting agronomic requirements,control the direction of development of rice machinery.Via analyzing of the research status at home and abroad,we find out the pros and cons,we propose a "rotary rice seedling mechanism with taking and placing claw ".The mechanism meets the future direction of transplanting institutions,with a reliable,stable,high-speed and simple structure.(2)The working mechanism and characteristics of institutions are analyzed,including the transfer characteristics between the non-circular gear and the establishment of a kinematic model of the seedlings claw.(3)Elaborate structural design of the mechanism.We use of PRO/E for the parts and assembly modeling,and it is imported into the ADAMS virtual simulation points,shorten the development cycle.(4)Compared the two trajectories and the two seedling claw points trajectories are roughly the same,which verified the feasibility of the institution.Finally,a large number of tests are done to identify important parameters.Determine when the opening angle of the cam inside is 126°,it can accurately take and place the seedlings.(5)Through the seedlings tensile mechanical properties test,we get the relationship between tensile break force that the seedlings stem parts can withstand and the seedling time and numbers;we measured the force required to disconnect from the pots under different conditions.Does the orthogonal test about the main parameters of the mechanism,such as the seedling claw opening size,frequency,seedling clamping force,obtain the optimal combination and the test results showed that the seedling claw opening size is 20mm,the seedling clamping force is 4N,the working frequency of 100 times/min is the optimal combination of parameters.The results of this study laid the foundation for the development of rice seedling transplanting machine.
