As a staple food,rice widely sowed around the world,especially in Asia.Asia has the largest planting area of rice in the world,and among these countries,China is a main country for planting rice.Rice has always been the first grain crop in China.In order to raise rice's production and guarantee food's security,it is necessary to developing mechanization of rice's planting.There are two ways for rice's planting:directly seeding and transplanting.Directly seeding is not fit for our country's geographic condition,so in our country,we mostly use transplanting way to plant rice.Transplanting can also divided into two ways:mechanical transplanting and pot seeding transplanting.Pot seeding transplanting uses seedling-growing tray to breed rice,in this way,rice seedling's rate of survival gets increased and improves yield increase.Recently,pot seeding transplanting as a relatively new way of rice planting has become a subject that mainly study by experts.This paper designs a rotary stable and efficient rice pot seedling transplanting machine.The main contents of this paper are:(1)Through analysis and research to the domestic and foreign existing rice seedling place transplanting mechanism,putting forward a rice seedling place transplanting mechanism,the transmission parts consists of a planetary gear train composed of three same section curve non circular gear.(2)Through the non-circular gear planetary gear train and place transplanting arm's motion synthesis,planting mechanism's work path is similar to the shape of crescent moon.Through the coordination of transplanting mechanism and seedling arranging station,you can take the seedlings planted pendulum action and return all at once and the operation is stable and efficient.(3)The working principle of the rice seedling transplanting mechanism is described,the kinematics and mathematical model of the swing mechanism is established,and the kinematic characteristics of the mechanism are also analyzed,which Lay the foundation for virtual motion simulation.(4)The design uses CAXA2013 to design rice tray-growing seedlings planting mechanism's two-dimensional structure.And by adding torsion spring and changing the structures of wing planting arm and the planetary shaft,solves the problem that after overload planting,planted arm planetary axis can not be automatically restored to their initial positions.(5)With the three-dimensional design software PRO/E5.0,completing solid modeling and virtual assembly model of the place transplanting body parts,making the motion simulation of virtual prototype and makes a comparison between the simulation results and the theoretical model.At the same time analyzing the working angle of inseminate,its value could meet the upright degree requirements to verify the rationality of mechanism design and lays the foundation for the subsequent rice seedling pendulum planting mechanism prototype.
