In recent years,the tobacco industry in our country presents to the "Chinese cigarettes"development road.Guizhou tobacco production in the country ranked second,style differences are significant,but the detailed mechanism of tobacco leaf quality formation in different ecological tobacco area in Gui Zhou is unclear.As an important ecological factor,there is a close relationship between soil and tobacco yield,leaf quality and unique style.Studying the effect of the Guizhou different region soils in the same climatic condition on the formation of tobacco leaf quality is helpful to explore new ideas and ways to improve the quality of tobacco leaves." Yunyan 85" were used as the main test materials and testing with different region soils in in Kaiyang, Longgang Town, Guizhou province in 2010 and 2011.The study focused on:(1) Effects of differenr planting tobacco soils on enzymes of tobacco leaves;(2) Effects of differenr planting tobacco soils on quality-related substances of tobacco leaves; (3) Quality evaluation of tobacco leaves in different planting tobacco soils.the main results were as follows:1 Effects of different planting tobacco soils on enzymes activities of tobacco leavesAn experiment was carried by Guizhou differenr region tobacco soils on quality-related enzymes activity in tobacco leaves in the medium and later term of tobacco plant growth and development, its purpose is to clarify the mechanism quality-related enzymes in response to Guizhou differenr region tobacco soils. " Yunyan 85" were used as the main test materials and testing with different region soils in Kaiyang, Longgang Town, Guizhou province in 2010 and 2011. The results showed that the activity of nitrate reductase and invertase in middle and upper leaves with TZ and WN soil were the highest in the medium-term of tobacco plant growth and development, the effects of LG soil became more obviously important during the latter stage of growth.The activity of sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase in middle and upper leaves with TZ and WN soil in the medium and later term of tobacco plant growth and development are higher than LG soil. The activity of polyphenol oxidase with LG soil is higher than TZ and WN soil in the medium and later term of tobacco plant growth and development.2 Effects of different planting tobacco soils on quality-related substances of tobacco leavesAn experiment was carried by Guizhou different region soils on quality-related subtances content in tobacco leaves in the medium and later term of tobacco plant growth and development, exploring new ways to improve the quality of tobacco. " Yunyan 85" were used as the main test materials and testing with different soil textures in Kaiyang, Longgang Town, Guizhou province in 2010 and 2011. The results showed that in the medium-term of tobacco plant growth and development, the content of total nitrogen and amino acids with TZ and WN soil are higher, and the content of the two subtances with loam clay treating are higher in the later term of tobacco plant growth and development. The content of starch in the middle and upper leaves with TZ and WN soil is higher than LG soil.The content of soluble sugar in the middle and upper leaves with LG soil is higher in the medium and later term of tobacco plant growth and development.The content of nicotine in the middle and upper leaves with TZ soil is higher and is lower with WN soil in the medium and later term of tobacco plant growth and development, the content of K with TZ soil is highest and followed WN soil,LG soil is lowest.After first baking, The contents of total nitrogen, amino acid and nicotine in the middle leaves in TZ were more higher,reached the 2.07%?4.76%?3.75% and 2.07%?4.43%?3.64%,and LG were higher in the upper leaves, reached the 2.31%?4.81%?4.07% and 2.15%?4.95%?3.78%;the content of soluble sugar with TZ in middle and upper leaves was highest, followed by WN and LG was the lowest, the differences at 0.05 level of souble sugar in middle and upper leaves between TZ and LG were significant. In brief, the influence of TZ and WN on carbon and nitrogen metabolism in the middle and upper leaves was stronger during the middle stage, while the influence of LG was stronger at later stage. TZ and LG were conducive to the accumulation of nitrogen metabolites in the middle and upper leaves, respectively, but LG was not conducive to the accumulation of carbon metabolites.3 Quality composite evaluation of tobacco leaves in different planting tobacco soilsThe objective of the experiments is to investigate the effects of Effect of different region soils on appearance quality, sensory quality, composite index and economic benefits in middle and upper leaves in the medium and later term of tobacco plant growth and development and explore new ways to improve the quality of tobacco leaves. " Yunyan 85" were used as the main test materials and testing with different soil textures in Kaiyang, Longgang Town, Guizhou province in 2010 and 2011. The results showed that the appearance quality, sensory quality of tobacco leaves with TZ soil are the best, the same index with LG soil and WN soil are relatively poor. The composite quality index of tobacco leaves after first baking with TZ soil with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is the highest from the perspective of the chemical constituents of tobacco leaves, followed by LG soil and the WN soil is the lowest. The appearance quality, sensory quality and with TZ soil are best and followed WN soil and WN soil is lowest.
