In this paper,the synergism actions of bamboo extract with imidacloprid on insecticidal effect were studied.The formula of bamboo extract EW and the combination with kresoxim-methy EW were optimized.The field control efficiencies of the selected preparations to plant disease were evaluated.Studied the field control efficiencies of bamboo extract with imidacloprid to aphid.The main results were following:1.Formula Optimization of 10% bamboo extract EWUse D replaced the original solvent,and optimized the formula of 10% ba mboo extract EW by selection of emulsifier and other additives.The formula o f the preparation were bamboo extract(20%),solvent D(20%),emulsifier(A:B=1:1)10%,antifreeze P(4%),thickener Q(0.2%)and water(adding to 100%),the components are to the quality of the project.The experiments of thermal st orage,cold storage,melt-freeze and the stability of 10% bamboo extract EW wer e developed,and the results showed that the characters of 10% bamboo extract E W were in accordance with the quality standards of EW preparation.2.Formula Optimization of 10.7% bamboo extract·kresoxim-methyl EWOptimized the formula of 10.7% bamboo extract·kresoxim-methyl EW by s election of emulsifier and other additives.The formula of the preparation were bamboo extract(20%),kresoxim-methyl(0.7%),solvent D(20%),emulsifier(A:B=1:1)10%,antifreeze P(4%),thickener Q(0.2%)and water(adding to 100%),All count by quality.The experiments of thermal storage,cold storage,melt-fr eeze and the stability of 10.7% bamboo extract·kresoxim-methyl EW were develope d,and the results showed that the characters of 10% bamboo extract EW were in acc ordance with the quality standards of EW preparation.3.The field control effciency of the two preparation which were optimizedThe results showed that different treatments had control efficiency to tomato gray mold and tomato leaf mold,the effect increased along with the increased concentration.On tomato gray mold,the control efficiency of 10% bamboo extract water emulsions in the concentration of 400ml/acre were 79.8% in 14 d after second application,which was higher than the control efficiency of 0.3% matrine botanical pesticide in the concentration of 200ml/acre(66.7%),but little lower than the controlefficiency of 30% kresoxim-methyl in the concentration of 30ml/acre(82.6%).On tomato leaf mold,the control efficiency of 10.7% bamboo extract·kresoxim methyl complex aqueous emulsions in the concentration of 40ml/acre were 84% in 14 d after the second application,and similar to 30% kresoxim-methyl which control efficiency was 84.9%,and higher than the control efficiency of 0.3% matrinein the concentration of 200ml/acre(79.0%).4.Study on the insecticidal synergism of bamboo extract with imidacloprid.The insecticidal effect of bamboo extract and the petroleum ether compounds to aphid was studied in the laboratory by Impregnation method.The results showed that,the petroleum ether compounds on insecticidal activity to aphid was higher,the lc50 values of bamboo extract to aphid after 48 h was 2.94×10~3mg/L higher than the the petroleum ether compounds of bamboo extract(2.40×10~3mg/L).the insecticidal synergism of bamboo extract with imidacloprid.was studied by sun method.The results showed that,when bamboo extract and imidacloprid were mixtures with the quality ratio on 50:1,12:1,9:1,the co-toxic coefficient is 101.59?156.20?119.78?126.78 ? 149.17,respectively;when the mass ratio is 50:1 and 9:1,the co-toxic coefficient is 156.20 ? 149.17,greater than 120 significantly,showed obvious synergistic effect.5.The field control effciency of 11.1% bamboo extract·imidacloprid EWThe results showed that the preparation had contorl effcicency to aphids,the doses of 10% bamboo extract petroleum ether EW were desighed as 200 ? 400 ?600ml/acre respectivcly,and the control efficiencies were 48.1%?75.1%?92.1%;the11.1% bamboo extract petroleum ether·imidacloprid EW had different control efficiencies to aphids with different doses.The control efficiency of the 11.1%bamboo extract petroleum ether·imidacloprid EW complex aqueous emulsions in the concentration of 50ml/acre were 96.6% in 7d after the application,higher than the control efficiency of 0.5% veratrine the concentration of 80ml/acre(87.8%).and similar to 10% imidacloprid EW which control efficiency was 98.5%,the synergistic mixture can reduce the dosage of imidacloprid by 81.7.
