In order to reduce the chemical sterilization disinfectant in the using to human and environmental hazards,based on the bamboo vinegar sterilization disinfectant exploitation in the paper. The sterilization effect of different sources bamboo vinegar against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureu were studied; Through the mixture of bamboo vinegar and chemical disinfectant select the synergistic combination ,which reduce the usage of chemical disinfectant; The antimicrobial activities of the Synergistic combination of bamboo vinegar and chemical disinfectant against Xanthomonas oryzicola,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Phomopsis vexans Harter,Gleosporium fructigenum Berk and Verticillium tricorpsis Isaac is investigated.The main results were as follows:1. The antimicrobial activities of different sources bamboo vinegar against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureu were studied. Results indicated that the bamboo vinegr 3 was the best bactericidal effct bamboo vinegar and the MBC of Staphylococcus aureu,Escherichia coliⅡwere 25%,50% and Escherichia coliⅠwere 50% for 48h;the bactericidal effct of the bamboo vinegar1 was the second ;whereas the bactericidal effct of the bamboo vinegar2 was the worst, the antimicrobial activities of the MUC 50% of the bamboo vinegar2 against Escherichia coliⅠ,Escherichia coliⅡand Staphylococcus aureu were not sterilizing effect.2.With suspension quantitative germicidal test,the antimicrobial activities of the mixture combination of the bamboo vinegar3 and chemical disinfectants (Peracetic acid and BESTAQUAM-s,ect) against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureu were tested. Results indicated that in the same concentration of Peracetic acid the bactericidal effect of the mixture of Peracetic acid and the bamboo vinegar 3 (1:400,V/V) was better than the mixture of Peracetic acid and sterile water (1:400,V/V); in the same concentration of BESTAQUAM-s the bactericidal effect of the mixture of BESTAQUAM-s and the bamboo vinegar 3 (1:3000,V/V) was better than the mixture of BESTAQUAM-s and sterile water (1:3000,V/V).3. The determination result of the hot store stability the mixture preparation of BESTAQUAM-s and the bamboo vinegar 3(1:1, V/V) showed that bamboo vinegar to QAC (quaternary ammonium salt) which was the active component of BESTAQUAM-s ,was significant influence in the mixture preparation. The mixture preparation after hot storing for a week ,the degradation rate of QAC reached above 50%,and 60.3% for two weeks.4. It showed that ,with the BESTAQUAM-s concentrations were 0.5%,0.25% and 0.125%, the difference of the bactericidal effect of the mixture preparation that in no hot store and hot store condition to Escherichia coliⅠa nd Escherichia coliⅡwas remarkable , and the antibacterial activities of the mixture preparation was the best in no hot storage, and the diameter of antibacterial ring for 24h were 18.17mm and 17.83mm; The effect of the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s was the worst,and the diameter of antibacterial ring for 24h were 6.67mm and 8.33mm.With the BESTAQUAM-s concentration was 0.5%, the difference of the bactericidal effect of the mixture preparation that in no hot store and hot store condition to Staphylococcus aureu was remarkable , and the antibacterial activities of the mixture preparation was the best in no hot storage, the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s showed the worst,and the diameter of antibacterial ring for 24h were 21.17mm and 18.67mm.With the BESTAQUAM-s concentration was 0.063%, the difference of the bactericidal effect of the mixture preparation that in no hot store and hot store condition to Xanthomonas oryzicola was remarkable , and the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition and the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s the diameter of antibacterial ring for 24h were 28.94mm,26.61mm and 23.28mm.The result showed that the hot store can remarkably reduced the antimicrobial activities of the sterilization disinfectant of bamboo vinegar.5.The antifungal activities of the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Phomopsis vexans Harter,Gleosporium fructigenum Berk and Verticillium tricorpsis Isaac were tested. The result showed that the inhibition rates weren't remarkable difference to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides when the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition,but the antifungal effect of the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s was better than the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition. The inhibition rates for 48h were 51.09%,55.26% when the mixture preparation containing the concentration of BESTAQUAM-s were 12500μL/L,and 100% when the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s containing the concentration of BESTAQUAM-s was 5000μL /L.The inhibition rates weren't significantly difference to Gleosporium fructigenum Berk when the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition,and the antifungal effect was better than the BESTAQUAM-s. The inhibition rates for 48h were 87.15%,86.75% when the mixture preparation containing the concentration of BESTAQUAM-s were 3125μL/L,and 81.93% when the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s containing the concentration of BESTAQUAM-s was 6250μL /L.The inhibition rates weren't remarkable difference to Phomopsis vexans Harter when the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition,but the antifungal effect of BESTAQUAM-s was better than the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition. The inhibition rates for 48h were 100%,100% when the mixture preparation containing the concentration of BESTAQUAM-s were 12500μL/L,and 100% when the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s containing the concentration of BESTAQUAM-s was 6250μL /L.The value of EC50 after 48h of the mixture preparation in no hot store and hot store condition and the stock solution of BESTAQUAM-s to Verticillium tricorpsis Isaac were 328.79μL /L,372.76μL /L and 170.72μL /L.By DPS processing results showed that three treating fluid had not difference in the dosage of EC50 to Verticillium tricorpsis Isaac.The result showed that hot store would not significantly reduce the antifungal activities of the sterilization disinfectant of bamboo vinegar to plant pathogenic fungi in experiment .
