This paper studies selective breeding techniques and methods of pueraria lobota, and studies effects of highly productive and standard cultivation technique from factors like the various selection, the transplanting time, size of transplanting seedlings, planting density and planting form during the pueraria lobota's cultivation process. The main research results are as follows:1 Succeeded in breeding two new varieties, xiang ge Nol and xiang ge No2The XG-1 as female parent hybrid with XG-4 as male parent, From Fl have chosen 7 strains of disease resistance of single plant with high root yield, be continued to compare strain asexual reproduction, the best comprehensive properties of strain XG99-2 were the backcross. New pueraria lobota xiang ge Nol was selected by cross breeding method, which has a high yield and good disease resistance. Compared with the control varieties, "xiang ge No.1, yield increased by 102.4%,48.39% higher than average content of flavonoids, starch content is 25.2% higher compared with other varieties. Experiment with XG99-1 as female parent, backcross with XG-4, breeding for xiang ge No.2. xiang ge No.2 is the high yield, good quality, strong resistance of pueraria lobota. Its outstanding characteristic is that:first, obtain higher yield while digging after cutting in that year; Second, short root, vine growth is small, suitable for high density cultivation; Third, root fiber is thin, sweet, crisp, and suitable as a vegetable or health food; Fourth, aboveground vines have a good toughness, developed fiber and can be used as a kind of fiber filtration material and textile fabrics.2 Obtained a set of key technology of high-yield pueraria lobota cultivationThrough screening pueraria lobota germplasm resources, determine factors like the transplanting time of transplanting seedling and transplanting density, size to do the contrast test, and carry on the related research about choice of pueraria lobota cultivation way. Results show that in the test of a few pueraria lobota germplasm, xiang ge No.1 is the best, its yields and quality significantly better than other varieties. Choose 2cm thick as a appropriate seedling transplanting size, transplanting time generally choose before end of April. If we choose scaffolding cultivation, its high yield is significantly, and density of 12000-15000 per hectare plants are best.3 Analyzed the reason that resisted the comprehensive utilization of wild puerarialobota industrializationOur country is the main origin of the genera and distribution center of pueraria lobota, mainly concentrated on the middle, southwest and southeast areas in our country. Since ancient times, our people have used wild pueraria lobota for food and medicine. The last century ninety's, China began to produce pueraria lobota medicine, health foods, and development of wild pueraria lobota artificial cultivation was also on the agenda. With wild pueraria lobota cultivation area gradually expanded, pueraria lobota as a raw material also processed into more and more kinds of food. But now, there are four problems affect and hinder the formation and development of the pueraria lobota. First, not understanding the biological characteristics of wild pueraria lobota, nor set a scientific planting and management of technical measures; Second, we are lack of high-yield, high-quality and high quality pueraria lobota germplasm; Third, there is no support of standardized and assorted pueraria lobota high-yield cultivation technology; Fourth, the low utilization rate of pueraria lobota.
