In order to evaluated the effect and earnings of biological fertilizer fertilization in orchards of Xinjiang, and filtrated a good fit microbial fertilizer for fruit tree and soil improvement of ‘Kolar Fragrant Pear', red dates, and walnut. 4 kinds microbial fertilizer were as test objects in 3 fruit trees manure trial, which took organic fertilizer and black space treatments as experimental control group, selected. The results showed as follow:(1) Soil, which applied microbial fertilizer, organic matter content of ‘Kolar Fragrant Pear', red dates and walnut orchards is less than the one which applied organic fertilizer, but soil available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content is higher than soil used organic fertilizer. The content of available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were added 33.00%, 9.22% and 21.20% on the basis of black space control group content, respectively. The enhancement effect was best on walnut among 3 fruit trees. Fruit leaves, which applied microbial fertilizer, available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content is higher than the one which applied organic fertilizer, content of available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were average added 7.13%, 11.62% and 7.39% on the basis of black space control group content, respectively. The enhancement effect was best on ‘Kolar Fragrant Pear' among 3 fruit trees.(2) New shoots of walnut growth strong with applying organic fertilizer, but new shoots of ‘kolar fragrant pear' and red dates growth strong with applying microbial fertilizer. Hundred leaf weight and chlorophyll content of fruit trees, which applied microbial fertilizer, were higher than the one which applied organic fertilizer. Hundred leaf weight and chlorophyll content were average added 14.48% and 3.11% on the basis of black space control group, respectively. The enhancement effect was best on red dates among 3 fruit trees.(3) Yield per plant and economic benefit of orchard, which applied microbial fertilizer, were higher than the one which applied organic fertilizer. Yield per plant and economic benefit were average added 23.31% and 16.09% on the basis of black space control group, respectively. The enhancement effect was best on ‘kolar fragrant pear' among 3 fruit trees.(4) Total sugar of fruit, which applied microbial fertilizer, were higher than the one which applied organic fertilizer. Total sugar of fruit was average added 7.71% on the basis of black space control group. The enhancement effect was best on red dates among 3 fruit trees. There was no noticeable change of fruit titratable acid content and very slightly increase of fruit vitamin C content compared with organic fertilizer and black space control group after applying microbial fertilizer. Fruit weight of ‘Kolar Fragrant Pear', red dates, and walnut have not been changed regularly compared with organic fertilizer and black space control group after applying microbial fertilizer. Fat and protein content of walnut fruit, which applied microbial fertilizer, is higher than the one which applied organic fertilizer. Fat and protein content of walnut fruit were average added 2.49% and 3.53% on the basis of black space control group, respectively.(5) We suggested that the microbial fertilizer of “Xinjianghuisen”, “Fujianjunding” were more favorable as nutrient fertilization in red dates and walnut orchard and “Xinjianghuisen”, “Xinjiangtianhai” were more favorable as nutrient fertilization in ‘Kolar Fragrant Pear' orchard with comprehensive evaluated about effect and earnings of 4 kinds microbial fertilizer fertilization in orchards.
