Titanium is widely exist in nature.A large number of experiments show that titanium has obvious effect on some physiological functions of plants,although there is no exact evidence to prove that titanium is the essential nutrients for plant growth.Titanium can increase the content of chlorophyll in leaves,enhance photosynthetic efficiency,promote plant absorption and translocation of nutrients,improve crop resistance,activate the activities of many enzymes in plant,increase crop yield and improve crop quality.With the characteristics of high sweetness,low calorie,safe and stable,easy to dissolve,Stevia glycosides can replace sucrose,saccharin to become the new source of sugar,and it can also be used in medicine as a treatment for diabetes,hypertension,cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.The analysis found that,stevia is relative to the enrichment of titanium,with the content of 41.6mg·kg-1,it is several times or even several times than the other Chinese herbal medicines.Does the glycoside synthesis have an effect on Stevia,nutrient uptake,yield,andglycoside in effect and improve the quality of Stevia glycosides(St and RA ratio)with such a high titanium content.In this experiment,the correction analysis of the glycoside content and titanium absorption was studied by indoor simulated foliar spray of titanium.The content,accumulation and proportion of accumulation of the St and RA in Stevia leaf was studied by spraying different concentration of titanium.The results show that1.The absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and titanium in the root,stem and leaf of stevia are significantly improving by spraying titanium.There is a quadratic function relationship between content and sprayed titanium concentration,also has the function relationship between accumulation and sprayed titanium concentration.Sprayed titanium concentration also can significantly improve the content and accumulation of the Glycoside in Stevia the optimum concentration was from 12mg/kg to 20mg/kg.2.Foliar application of titanium can change the ratio of St and RA in the total accumulation obviously,and there are some differences between the two varieties.The highest increase of St in the proportion of new varieties of No.2 was 156.71%,and Julong No.5 was only 42.28%.3.There are two curves between the titanium content and the glycosides,the Titanium accumulation and the glycoside accumulation in he leaves of Stevia,and the correlation coefficient reached a significant level.4.Titanium fertilizer can improve the economic benefits of Stevia,the wo varieties ofStevia with the treatment of spraying titanium were higher than those in control group,the best benefit all appeared in T3.The benefit of Julong No.5 is 66.67% higher than the control group,and the New variety No.2 is 62.5%.
