Silage is a kind of feed which is produced by natural fermentation. The nutrient of plants has been used by microorganism on the ensiling. In this study, four nature silage was collect from Hebei province and Tibet Ali,and the preponderance zymocyte was isolated and purified.According to the Berger's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology and the results of appearance observation,Gram staining and Physiology and biochemistry, there were two genus of lactobacillus which were 10 streptococcus strains and 23 bacterium lacticum strains. On the other hand,Bacillus subtilis and yeast(fifteen Saccharomyces strains, five Brettanomyces strains)has been isolated. Two mold strains of mucor.spp were isolated from silage 1 and silage 2 which came from Handan.Bacteriostasis effectiveness of lactic acid bacteria was tested with agar diffusion method and the indicated bacterial was Bacillus subtilis or Escherichia coli.Eight bacillus lactis(FT5-4,FG9-3,FG9-7,XA1-9-1,XA1-9-8,XA1-9-9,XA2-10-2,XA2-10-5)has dramatic bacteriostasis effectiveness. The bacteriostasis effectiveness of XA1-9-8,A1-9-9,XA2-10-2 was better than 9mm.The isolation and identification of the advantages bacteria in nature silage of Hebei and Tibet Ali Region can be indicated the silage fermentation mode of different areas. The test of bacteriostasis effectiveness of lactic acid bacteria will improve the development of feed additvies or the quality of fermented feed.
