In order to prepare a high quality banana stalk silage, improve the output of Hainan banana industry, this test isolated five bacteria strains as WHN3, WH8, WHN22, WHN23, WHN24 from banana stalk and their silage, which come from the base of the Chinese academy of tropical agriculture in Hainan province. Through observing their colony morphology, gram stain, catalase to promote enzyme experiments and the physiological and biochemical test results, combined with 16S rRNA identification. The results showed that the 5 groups of strains:WHN3 was Weissella confusa, WHN8 was Weissella cibaria, WHN22 was Pediococcus pentosaceus, WHN23 and WHN24 were Laclobacillus plantarum. Two Lactobacillus plantarum WHN23 and WHN24 acid production rate were greater than the Pediococcus pentosaceus WHN22, Weissella confuse WHN3 and Weissella cibaria WHN8 acid production rate was the lowest. Antibacterial test for each strain, excluded organic acids, found that the strain no inhibition zone appears, which explained that various strains produce antibacterial substances as organic acids, and inhibition zone size and its ability to produce acid. The strains of WHN23 and WHN24 produce acid are strongest, which are the same type of lactic acid fermentation strainsan and can enter the rapid logarithmic growth phase. As WHN24 strains temperature acidproof was better performance, so it was more suitable for development as a banana stalk silage microbial agents.The banana pseudostem juice contains sugar and inorganic salts, using banana pesudostem juice instead MRS medium for lactic acid bacteria to do microbial agents, can effectively reduce production costs.Contrast the screening of lactic acid bacteria WHN24 with the laboratory already Lactobacillus HN1 for old banana stalk silage, found that WHN24 silage is much better than HN1. The test used WHN24 strain as a banana stalk silage microbial agents. Different additives such as Lactobacillus WHN24, sucrose, urea and cellulose enzymes were added to the silage of banana stalk. The test set of 21 groups, the old banana stalk:control group (Al), adding 3% sucrose (A2), add Lactobacillus WHN24 (A3), and adding 3% sucrose and Lactobacillus WHN24 (A4), the Lactobacillus WHN24 and cellulose enzyme (A5), to add 3% sucrose the Lactobacillus WHN24 and the cellulose enzyme (A6), add 3% sucrose, the Lactobacillus WHN24 and 0.2% urea (A7), add 3% sucrose, the Lactobacillus WHN24, cellulase and 0.2%urea (A8), add Lactobacillus HN1 (A9); the tender banana stalk:the control group (B1), adding 3% sucrose (B2), adding Lactobacillus WHN24 (B3), add 3% sucrose and Lactobacillus WHN24 (B4); banana GuoBing:1) is not pre-drying groups:control group (C1), adding 3% sucrose (C2), add Lactobacillus WHN24 (C3),3% sucrose and the Lactobacillus WHN24 (C4); 2) pre-drying group:control group (D1), by adding 3% sucrose (D2), add Lactobacillus WHN24 (D3), adding 3% sucrose and Lactobacillus WHN24 (D4). By comparing the individual groups measured fermentation quality study shows:Tn the old banana stalk each treatment group, the best silage effect are A6 group with 3% sucrose, lactic acid bacteria WHN24 and cellulase. In the tender banana stalk each treatment group, the best silage was B4 group with lactobacillus and sucrose; Best banana fruit stalk silage effect was C4 group without pre-drying and add 3% sucrose and lactobacillus WHN24.
