In this study, the purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effect of different Lactobacillus and exogenous Enzyme on the fermentation quality of corn silage. The effect of exogenous enzyme on rumen digestion in vitro. It provides scientific basis for developing new silage inoculant products and producing high quality whole plant corn silage.1.In this study, six different Lactobacillus(Lactobacillus plantarum(Z1-1 and Z2-4),Lactobacillus paracasei(F1-2 and F2-6),Lactobacillus buchneri(B1-3 and b2-20))were inoculated to the whole corn for silage. After 90 days of ensiling, the fermentation quality and nutrients were compared and analyzed. The results show:The WSC content of corn silage was increased by adding lactic acid bacteria,F2-6 had the highest WSC content. The ratio of AN/TN of F2-6 treatments decreased significantly(P<0.05),which improved the fermentation quality of silage. The LA content of silage treated with B1-3 and B2-20 was significantly lower than that of CK group(P<0.05),but the AA content was significantly higher than that of CK group(P<0.05).The content of DM and CP in each treatment group was not different from that in CK group. The NDF content of F2-6 and B2-20 decreased significantly(P<0.05).The content of ADF after F2-6 treatment was lower than that of CK group. In conclusion,Lactobacillus paracasei F2-6 and Lactobacillus buchneri B2-20 were more suitable as inoculant for whole plant corn silage.2.In this study, six kinds of exogenous enzymes(cellulase,xylanase,pectinase,?-galactosidase,?-mannanase and ?-glucanase)were added to the whole plant of com for silage. After 56 days of ensiling, the fermentation quality and nutrients were compared and analyzed. The results show:The Cellulase group, the xylanase group and the ?-glucanase group can significantly increase silage WSC content(P<0.05),significantly reduce the ratio of AN/TN(P<0.05),so that the silage has a significant improvement in fermentation quality; The DM of the cellulase silage was significantly lower than that of the control group and other treatment groups(P<0.05).The CP of group treated with the addition of cellulase and ?-galactosidase is higher; The NDF and ADF were lower in the cellulase and?-glucanase groups than in the control group. In summary,it shows:Cellulase, xylanase and ?-glucanase were more suitable as inoculant for whole plant corn silage.3.To explore the effect of cellulase and xylanase as inoculants or feed additives on corn silage rumen fermentation in vitro. To compare and analyze the in vitro digestibility and nutritional components of silage fermentation at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h.The results show:At 48 h,the GP of AX was significantly higher than that of other treatments(P<0.05),but it was not different from that of IC.During the whole fermentation process, the DMD in AC group was the highest(P<0.05);At 48 h,the NDFD in AC group was the highest. At 48 h,TVFA in AC and AX group was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05).At 48 h,the content of AA and BA in AC was higher than that in other treatments.During fermentation, the ratio of AA/PA of IC and IX groups gradually decreased. The AC and AX treatment groups gradually increased the ratio of AA/PA.In summary, cellulase as feed additive has the best effect on silage fermentation in vitro that is more suitable for feed additive.
