The main way for semen storage is cryopreservation which has been realized the commercialization in cattle. However, the cryopreservation for goat semen is not ideal for the fertilization rate and pregnancy rate is low. So the dominant storage is liquid preservation. The study found that survival rate for liquid preservation of goat semen to 12 days and 16 days can reach about 40%,but there is significant difference of ewe conception between the 12 days'semen and 16 days'one in artificial insemination, so it is necessary to further study and analysis the difference in rate of ewe conception to improve and lay the foundation of goat semen liquid storage scheme. In this experiment, using MES diluent improved from mZAP duluent and coating with 20% egg-yolk to dilution the semen, then just using MES to dilution and preserve it. Researching variation sperm motility, viability 1,sperm plasma membrane, acrosome integrity and oxidation-reduction of extender and using the semen stored for 12 days and 16 days for artificial insemination. Results are as follows:(1)sperm motility and viability decreased with the time of storage, there is a maximized decline range on the 14th,and the viability is significantly decreased on the 16th. Sperm plasma membrane integrity declined significantly on 14th, the acrosome integrity have decreased significantly on the 16th; (3) in semen dilution liquid oxidation redox state with the extension of storage time changes, TOS content increased gradually, the 14 day maximum amplitude variation; state reduction is with the extension of storage time increased, but from the 14 day reduced state began to decline. The oxidation-reduction of extender also changes with the time of storage,TOS content increases gradually, there is the maximum amplitude variation on the 14th; state reduction is with the extension of storage time increased, but from the 14 day reduced state began to decline. The state reduction increased with the time of storage, but begin to decline on the 14th. The OSI rise reaches a maximum in the 14-16th; there is no significant difference for conception rate between the semen of 12th and 0th by artificial insemination, but the pregnancy rate is significantly lower for the 16 semen. The results show that the sperm motility, viability, plasma membrane integrity, acrosome integrity will gradually descends with the time of storage, conception rate by artificial insemination using the semen saving 12 days is almost equal to the 0th, but decreases significantly for the semen saving 16 days.
