Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.(2n=2X=16) that labiatae sage is a traditional Chinese herb plant. Its dry root and rhizome is one of important commodities medicinal materials in the yield which the important medicinal value, the economic value and the research value in our country. At present, the genetic basis of Salvia miltiorrhiza is weak, and the process of breeding is slow. The development of molecular linkage map will analyze genetic law of important traits, to accelerate the process of selection, improve the efficiency of selection, and important trait genes of Salvia miltiorrhiza breeding new varieties of in-depth study to lay the foundation. The development of molecular linkage map will be analyzed and genetic law of important traits to accelerate the process of selection, improve the efficiency of selection. The Salvia miltiorrhiza of genetic breeding new varieties of the important characters lay a foundation for further studies. In this study, a genetic linkage map of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. was constructed in 138 F1 individuals from the cross of ZH105?×BH18?by using simple sequence repeat(SSR), sequence-related amplified polymorphism(SRAP) and inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR) markers. The map was obtained by utilizing JoinMap4.0 software?s CP model. On the basis, the QTLs of Salvia miltiorrhiza for main phenotypic traits were located. The main verdit are as follows:1 construction of genetic linkage mapA set of 503 SSR primers, 100 SRAP primers and 8 ISSR primers developed from Salvia miltiorrhiza were screened in the two parents. A total of 340 primers yielded amplification effectively, with 206 primers possess polymorphism. It contained 158 SSR primers, 46 SRAP primers and 2 ISSR primer which the percentage respectively were 31.4%, 46.0% and 25.0%. It included 9 linkage groups which contained 111 loci and covered genome 857.4 cM with a mean marker interval of 7.7 cM. The length of linkage groups varied from 41.6~149.7cM and each of them include 2~27 markers respectively. Seventeen point one percent partially segregated markers distributed in the map were mainly located on LG1, LG2 and LG3 linkage groups.2 the analysis of QTLVarious characters in F1 generation groups went into a state of continuous distribution by means of surveying S. miltiorrhiza. and the character of the root traits. These characters conformed that the quantitative trait loci for genetic and normal distribution. 26 loci were detected in the 10 phenotypic traits of S. miltiorrhiza. by the interval mapping method in the genetic linkage map constructed. It can explain the phenotypic variation rate raged from 8.0% to 13.7%. Stem leaf, plant height, root diameter, root range, root fresh weight and root number were detected in these characters. In conclusion, the study could promote the genome structure and function,maker-assisted selection breeding, as well as between the united states comparative genome analysis and related species. The result will provide important basis for QTL mapping, map-based cloning and association studies for commercially important traits in S. miltiorrhiza. In the future, it is of great significance that to reveal the genetic mechanism of S. miltiorrhiza. phenotypic traits related.
