Influence Of Fertilization On Yield And Quality Of Chaenomeles Speciosa Fruit

Chaenomeles Peciosa has been cropped for a long time in our country. There are rich genetic resources in them. They can be used as medicine and edible of a high nutritional value.Were used the chaenomeles Peciosa from ShanDong province to serach the influence of N,P,K fertilization on yield and quality of chaenomeles peciosa fruit. In order to obtain the best ratio of fertilization and provide the best fertilization ratio to crop the chaenomeles peciosa. The main results are as follows:(1) The chaenomeles peciosa yeild increased between 6.28%~28.46%, Nitrogen had the greatest influence on chaenomeles peciosa yield, followed by potash and phosphate fertilizer. In the N(210), P(330) and K(180) fertilizer combination. The chaenomeles peciosa yeild and fruit weight are the highest. Nitrogen had the greatest influence on chaenomeles peciosa fruit weight, followed by potash and phosphate fertilizer.The influence of nitrogen fertilizer on soluble sugar, titratable acid in chaenomeles peciosa is the largest. The influence of potash fertilizer on vitamin C, oleanolic acid in chaenomeles peciosa is the largest. The influence of phosphate fertilizer on soluble protein in chaenomeles peciosa is the largest. The influence of nitrogen fertilizer on hardness in chaenomeles peciosa is the largest in June. The influence of potash fertilizer on hardness in chaenomeles peciosa is the largest in August.(2) In different varieties of chaenomeles peciosa, the chaenomeles peciosa is Changjun>Luofu>Yipinxiang.The Fertilizer production rate is Yipinxiang>Changjun>Luofu. The chaenomeles peciosa fruit weight is Changjun>Luofu>Yipinxiang. The increased ratio of chaenomeles peciosa fruit weight is Luofu>Changjun>Yipinxiang.Of the three kinds of chaenomeles peciosa, Yipinxiang has the highest on vitamin C, soluble sugar, soluble protein. The hardness and oleanolic acid content change biggest in June. The soluble sugar change biggest in August.Changjun has the highest on hardness, titratable acid, oleanolic acid. The soluble sugar, titratable acid content change biggest in June. The hardness and titratable acid change biggest in August.The Vitamin C, soluble protein content change biggest in June in Luofu. The h Vitamin C change biggest in August.(3) The inflence of fertilization on total N, total P and total K is significant. Total nitrogen content reduced gradually in chaenomeles peciosa development. Total phosphorus and total potassium increased firstly,then they reduced secondly. So when they fertilized on chzenomeles peciosa,using more nitrogen fertilizer in June, using more phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer.
